The best team of guys that do the job thoroughly and even will tell you if they spot something that you may have missed. That Speedco is my only choice of speedco's to go to. Friendly and accurate

I always use speedco services.
This place the worst one I've ever been.
I've been waiting for more than an 3 hour right at Lube

The last 2 oil changes and truck services were done here. Well NEVER AGAIN! Both hubs of the front axle were DRY! A mechanic friend was doing some work on the truck for us, checked several things and told us to stop taking it to where ever we had the oil changes etc.done. He said it would not have made another round to Texas and back. This is the 3rd Speedco we have had bad service in the last year.

My husband, just went to this place to have a (rro tire) replaced and he has been there since 1pm and it is now 5: 17pm. This place is very unprofessional and they need to change the name of this place. After a couple of hours of waiting my husband went to see what the hold up was and he found all the employees just standing around congregating. Nobody working on one little tire which only takes about 30 min to do. This place is ridiculous. Please do not waste your time. If I could give them NO stars I would.

Chuck and Justin were honest and answered all my questions patiently. Justin saved me a lot of money by suggesting I have my batteries tested rather than replacing them all. I will definitely come back here for basic maintenance whenever I’m in the area. I highly recommend this Speedco. I’m a new owner operator so honesty, patience, and plentiful information go a long way in my book.

Got me right in. Set of batteries and a PM. However this isn't typical so be prepared to sit a few.

I was a satisfied customer of this location since 2001. Today I went in to get my truck and trailer greased. The technician was missing grease points and I was pointing it out. The manager asked me to wait until the tech was finished. I did as I was asked and waited. When I was told it was finished I asked the manager out to pointt out the missed grease points. I told him it was going to get done properly before I paid and left.he then told me to leave that I was not welcome there any longer. I demanded the work to be finished and offered to pay. He then had the police called on me for trespassing. This is not how customer service is supposed to work.

Good service but highly over priced! Sapp Bros across the street is still expensive but better priced than that. If going to Sapps always check and double check any repairs. Had some problems with the before

Did not fill oil filters full they filled less than half what I confronted them they said that's the way they do it when I started my truck was a very long time for the no oil pressure light to go out. How hard is it to put the filters full of oil my truck has 2 oil filters that's a lot of air space to fill before will develop oil pressure
I like loves but that have ruined speedco

I've never had my cars oil change done there. My daughter & some if her friends said they do a good job there for a below competitive price.

They put my life at risk! I was designated the new Driver of this Power Unit, the truck driver before me checks nothing, I am without a doubt a Professional, not just my opinion. The steering hubs were basically empty, just a splash in the bottom. I added all the hub oil I had with me, drove the short distance to speedco. Asked for and paid for a full Tractor Trailer lube and PM. I was very specific on what I was paying for. I also asked the person who lubed the Vehicle if he did indeed check the hubs, he gauranteed he did so. As I was checking their work (and why should I have to! I may as well do it myself!) I noticed the weight of engine oil I specifically asked for and that they promised me they would put in, was not even in stock. I could live with the weight of oil they put in. That bullsh! T about watching you torque, is just that, bullish! T! Again.why should I have to, my guess is that no one can be trusted anymore. Also watching you torque will not"save" you in a court of law, all I see is someone shouting numbers. No doubt your wrench calibration certificate is fabricated, why wouldn't it be, everything about you is a lie. He did not show me the torque wrench setting, as lazy as you are, I doubt it was correct. I CAN'T STAND A THEIF AND A LIAR! And this speedco is both! I paid $700.00 drove around the corner to eat. I then checked the hubs, they had not put a drop of oil in them! You put my life at risk! If you do not believe a spindle will break because of the lack of oil, you are sadly mistaken! Very likely had I trusted you and put the Tractor over the road. You put my life at risk. The engine you care nothing about costs $50,000.that is correct $50,000. Instead of going over the road the very next day, I pulled the oil plug to dump whatever you put in (because who knows what you actually put in) I added what is necessary and also the correct amount.you were 3 quarts low, pinching pennies are you? Drivers beware. Added oil to ALL the hubs because they were not even to the "add" mark, not your fault, BUT DON'T TAKE MY MONEY AND THEN GAURANTY THAT YOU DID ADD OIL!
I would be an idiot if I left whatever you put in the engine in it! I absolutely believe you did not change the oil and fuel filters! That is just an educated guess though, CDL 1980, I know when a seal is broken. You get away with this with truck drivers.as a Professional, I will never return! Any driver that takes your equipment to them after reading this, I will call you an idiot to your face. Also I don't know how you check differentials, but I'm sure you should be able to touch with finger.the person greasing needs glasses, I don't know why you would skip over zerks, the manufacturer put them there for a reason. I notice "missing" zerks seems to be the norm, however, skipping my steering kingpins is negligent as far as I'm concerned. The owner may or may not read this, they won't care, they are making their money. I got the same result by going there as throwing $700.00 in the fireplace. I will never return. I can do it myself in half the time and half the cost!

I thought they did a good job with service in my truck. But they didn't put oil in the oil filters before putting them on he went ahead and filled up the motor showed me the dipstick put it back in the motor. I was driving around for a month low on 2 gallons of oil, because when I started the motor up the oil filled up the oil filters.

This location is the best by far. They are thorough, timely, and best of all consistent. That said, loves has had a negative effect on the W. Memphis and Hammond, LA. Locations. I will not use either one of them in the future.

Loves if you are reading this, I STRONGLY encourage you to make your council bluffs location a model to be duplicated. If you can replicate their service in all of your locations, you will be in tip top shape.
