Used these services twice and they came and a decent time and were very professional. They were reasonable as well. I will continue to use them for all of my towing needs. Thank you Speedy!

A: YES! - hands down - absolutely - literal life saver

Q: Was the value of the services you received worth with the price you were charged?
A: For us? Yes. The price we were quoted seemed a bit high, but it was Christmas Eve and our tow had special requirements. The overall value was well worth the cost.

Q: Did the customer service you received meet your expectations?
A: YES! Not only did it meet my expectations, but it also went above and beyond the average tow. The driver stuck around much longer than necessary to make sure we were safe and good to go before departing. He even phoned a friend help us troubleshoot some technical problems we were having (that were unrelated to the tow) because the friend has the same car.

Q: Did the performed service you receive meet your expectations?
A: YES! The driver was very well trained in the use of his equipment. That "Speedy" part of the company name? Wholly earned with the swiftness and efficiency in which the car was prepared for towing and later unloaded.

Q: Were you happy with the communication interaction prior to the driver's arrival?
A: Unfortunately, no. The time estimate kept getting pushed back and pushed back. After the original ETA had passed, we messaged and were told the GPS said 23 minutes. 30 minutes later we asked for an update and were told 8 minutes away. He arrived about 15 minutes after that. Had we been given a realistic ETA, we could have been better prepared mentally to deal with our situation as we waited instead of thinking "any second now. " for over an hour and feeling frustrated.

Q: Were you happy with the communication interaction once the driver arrived?
A: YES! The driver was extremely professional and extremely respectful.

Q: Would you recommend anyone in radius of this business drive a Tesla in the winter?
A: No. But if you do and your car turns itself off at a red light 0.5 miles from the supercharge station, call Don. He's got a newly learned skill set for dealing with that exact situation.

Don was extremely professional and I would definitely referred anyone with an emergency car issue to reach to him. Thanks again Don!

Worse service I have ever had I call at 4: 29a was told 1 hr ETA. I called back after 2 hrs of no show I was told he had to drop his kids off at daycare be there in 30 mins. I called again after another hour still on the way. I decided to call another towing company The second towing company was there within an hour and they are located in the neighboring state which was between 9: 30am and 10: 00am. Speedy Towing never showed up.
I will never call them again my husband was stranded on the highway for almost 6 hrs.
It would've be much better if he said I'm not coming too much wasted time waiting for Speedy Towing. Some people shouldn't be in business.

Quick and efficient and great communication! Communicated well that they had some delays (normal for a Friday night in Saint Louis) and when they would be here and they were on time when they said they would be. Thank you again!

He is a great tow man he has respect and always punctual. He has clean nice trucks and very reasonable on the prices.

I called to price a tow. I needed to go 2 miles down the road. He quoted me $150 for my 2010 Dodge Avenger. When I repeated what he said to confirm he hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

Spent 70 minutes waiting on a tow that was never even on the way- called to see if they were close they immediately became rude & told me I could pay them cause my insurance didn't. I was stranded with am infant & it's 1a & this is the service I received from a company that was only 12mins away from my location. I would have payed had they showed up and that was the issue but they never even tried to assist! Company's like this don't deserve to be in service! It would be 0 stars but that's not an option!

Called other shops after blowing a tire and all others were terrible prices and wait times! I called speedy and they stick by what they say! They were able to send out a great guy in his personal car too within 20 minutes and he changed the tire and was very kind and much better prices! Great service all around!

These guys were awesome half the price of anywhere else and extremely friendly got me back into my jeep and I could not be happier for the price I paid. You guys are life savers and even though snowing and freezing cold we’re still willing to go above and beyond!
