We have used Spidexx for about 5 years. Very happy with their service. Everyone is respectful, knowledgeable and answers all my questions.

On time, professional, easy to communicate with. The technicians are easy to communicate with and efficient. Provided some glue strips for the garage in addition to service.

Called them, they came out and sprayed, problem came back a week later, they had a complementary come back and spray next week. Problem is still there. Wasps and cicada killers. I give up calling them. Shouldn’t take 3+ sprays to rid things from the outside of my house. They obviously miss things if the sprays are supposed to kill and make wasps not want to come back. Not worth the $300 it cost me.

Really feel like I should be given a refund since I had to climb up and remove 11 wasps nest of varying size myself since they did not.

Good work and nice workers. A 3-4 week follow up on extermination would be appreciated. Thanks.

Stephan and Donovan were here to treat inside/outside of my home today. Very professional and so pleasant. Listened to what my problems were and took care of them. Both were so nice to deal with.

I love Spidexx services. I had John come out and he was very professional and personal and actually hilarious to talk to. He made my experience with this company to stick with for life. He goes “I’ll give you a dollar for any spider web you see” such a great guy. Honestly I’ll stick with this business because of him. Thank you guys for the amazing service you give

I should reserve judgement until the final set of appts are completed, but the first appt was not great. Big blobs of foamy stuff was squirted into areas along patio stairs.entry to home via sliding doors. It look sloppy and is definitely attention-getting in a poor way. Also - the tech was super nice, but because he had switched to a "newer truck, " he didn't have the actual bait trap physical boxes. He opened up and inserted bait into boxes set out by a previous service rep a few yrs ago. By using the existing boxes, it's nice to "re-use" and not dispose of old - however, Spidex avoided this equipment cost, and it reflects that the service rep was not 100-percent prepared to provide the service for which I'm paying a LOT of money to receive.

I had them sprayed mainly for ants, but other bugs as well. Within a couple of days the infestation of ants slowly disappeared! I've seen a couple of stragglers here and there, but mostly have gone away! I cannot thank you enough, I'm very happy with the results!: ]

2nd time I've had a Spidexx Door to Door salesman come by my place when I have no interest in the service. Interrupted me as I was doing yard work. Each salesman follows a script that my neighbors are using their service and the company will have a truck in the area. Not one of my neighbors that the salesmen pointed to is using this service and the salesmen do not take No for an answer. Waste my time and theirs.

I was busy with bathroom renovation & Steven took just a little time to access any issues I have been having (ants) &: explained the remedy &: went about his tasks. Followed up with what he had done & gave me his card & told me to follow-up if I have any issues. He's a real pro!
