Always go here to get my haircut, Made appointment over 2 hours in advance they canceled my appointment I called and the desk girl hung up on me, worst customer service.

I got my haircut the Friday after Thanksgiving. I was Ali’s first client that morning. Ali did a great job. I highly recommend Ali as a hairstylist. Ali had a great attitude and went above and beyond on my haircut with her attention to detail. Ali was the best. Thank you Ali!

Worst haircut I have ever received. Lady wasn't friendly. Mixed me up with someone else. My first visit will be my last here. Avoid.

Normally love it here, however I called in the morning to check if I needed to make an appointment or not because it's a 45 minute drive. They informed to just walk in today so I did. I walked in and was told they were booked for 3 hours and couldn't take anyone today. After just telling me on the phone I can just walk in. No mention of online booking or anything.

Had a terrible experience here! Took my boyfriend here for a hair cut right off the back terrible customer service, the whole time through his hair cut, she was shaking her head and just plain rude. We told her 3 different times how we wanted his hair done, still didn’t get it right and completely missed one of his side burns. Will not be back to this location!

Fran did an amazing job on my fade! Super kind and took her time to line things up right! The schedule process was also super convenient!

Haircuts and service was usually above average and sometimes really awesome, but the shocking management “policy” at this location was just a horrible traumatizing experience. Just making up lies and zero respect from management. Wow. If I knew how horribly i would be insulted, I would never have brought them my business.

Was the only place available for me and I would never go back. I basically received a bowl cut first and had to ask to have it changed. Would not recommend go somewhere else.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Wait wasn't too bad though recommended that you check in via the app. Only this missing is a chiropractor in the back lol

I usually have really good experience with sports clips at the Iowa City and Coralville locations, but the shortest time was in North Liberty so I had to go here. I needed to change the look of my hair for a funeral and I gave the stylist a picture and asked her if she could get it cut like that. She did not seem to understand at all what types of length it was and then asked me if I knew what length it was. I'm not a stylist so I didn't know. I had my wife call earlier the other day and they said that they also trimmed beards but when I asked if they could trim it to match the photo the said she did not trim beards. I mentioned that Sports Clips said that they did on the phone and she replied that she does not trim beards and then she also asked me again if I knew what length it was. She was very unkempt and did not seem to enjoy or even engage politely. She kept asking me if the cut looked fine, but I had my glasses off and I couldn't see anything and I already knew that this wasn't going to be good and I just wanted to get it over with. This was definitely not a good experience for me and was certainly not worth a tip. I think I'll just stick with the Coralville and Iowa City locations from now on.

Ali gave me a great haircut. Very kind person and took her time to make sure it was done right. Ended up ordering an MVP because of her and I never do that. Will be rebooking for sure.
