Sheer madness in town is temporarily closed, so we had to find a new place to take our 2 year old for a haircut. Jennie did a great job working with our toddler who is not used to getting his hair cut and is no means a fan of getting a haircut. We went right after work and barely had a wait.

My stylist did great, but only 3 stars because I could tell by looking around that the service is going to be hit and miss based on who you get.

The girl I go to is always doing great in a short amount of time. She's not pushy with her sales either which is great.

Sam Ebner, wish you well at Ace of Fades

Usually I do not leave negative reviews, but this is why. Sam Ebner was the go to hairstylist for my son. She did an excellent job and we have been really happy. Last week we called to schedule an appointment with her and we were told that she no longer cuts hair and is not in that profession anymore. We were disappointed by all means as she did an excellent job: however, we did notice pretty rude attitude towards our question of Sam. So we ended up looking her up and she is still in the same profession. As a matter of fact she even opened her own business Ace of Fades, at Sola studios. I'm happy for her and wish her well.
I am very disappointed to see Sport clips treats their employees that move on or advance in their careers. You should be supporting them for everything they have done for you and not lie about them. They have lost my business

I told the stylist multiple times not to shave the side of my head. Well, she shaved the side of my head. I told her this is exactly what I told you not to do. She was to busy talking to other people to care. 0/10 would recommend this location.

Zack at sports clips did an amazing job and I will be going there for my haircuts from now on!

5 stars for some stylists. They lost Kat but Shannon is great as well. 2 stars because the online system will alert you your stylist is ready not taking into factor an upcoming break or lunch. Call ahead to make sure your stylist doesn't have an hour lunch right when you get there. The booking system should have this baked in. #feature-request

I do not understand the purpose of the sports clips app. It tells me I have a 40 minute wait, so I check in and go grab a bite to eat then I'm eating my lunch in the parking lot watching people go inside. And each time someone goes inside my wait time goes up 15 minutes. What's the point of checking in online if I get there and still have to wait behind all the people that don't?

I just found my new haircut spot. Sam E.was epic. I have not had a haircut of this caliber in quite a few years. I will most definitely be a repeat customer at this location for some time to come. Thank you Sam E for the great experience!

I’m very disappointed with this Sports Clips. My family has been coming here for around 10 years now and they usually do a good job. Today when we walked in for our appointment that we made online they took one look at my son and said they won’t cut his hair because he won’t wear a mask. When I explained to them that he has sensory processing disorder, speech delay and developmental delays and won’t wear mask they refused to cut his hair. I talked to them about how much distress a mask makes him and that he has a hard time understanding why he needs to wear one they didn’t care at all, he has been coming here to get his haircut since they re opened and never once have they made him wear one. I realize there is a pandemic going on, however how can you discriminate and refuse to serve someone because of their disabilities!

Good experience while there. Clean store, friendly staff. Even better experience Thursday afternoon with Becky. Great haircut and conversation during my visit. Would recommend her to everyone looking for a haircut!
