10 BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Especially if you're needing anything more than a routine spray for spiders.
We have a clover mite infestation that started a year ago. We hired Springer when it started last fall and were told by the sales guy that did the inspection that they could handle it. A year later we have not seen any improvements and the clover mites are still as bad as they were when Springer started. Huge waste of money. The only time we have seen relief is in the winter and summer when the mites go inactive as they are a seasonal pest. This fact is very easy to find from many entomology extensions and other pest companies online. However, the branch manager at Springer attempted to condescendingly lie to me and tell me they are not seasonal/do not go dormant so therefore they did "handle" them this summer, which is just blatantly untrue. I have also spoke to the entomologist on staff in the course of the last year as it was becoming clear Springer was not equipped to actually handle our situation and when I asked him how much he knew about clover mites he responded "Oh I don't know, as much as anyone I guess. " Both men were extremely rude and condescending while clearly having very minimal knowledge on how to actually handle clover mites or successfully get the number at our home to decrease in the slightest.
Also, the chemicals they sprayed discolored the siding on our house, as well as our baseboards, window ledges and carpet inside.
They have been coming to my stepdad's house for 3 years now and all they do is come in every other month and spray and they still have bed bugs 3 years later and he has to pay them $95 every other month for 3 years. There's no doubt in my mind they're taking advantage of an elderly person. This company sucks and I would never recommend them to anyone. If I could give zero stars that's what I would do because after 3 years of heating up the house twice and spraying every other month there should be not a bug in that house
Sold my home. Had told them that had a warranty for the termite treatment. Wrote up that it needed another treatment. Had just been inspected by the company and they didn’t see any issues. Caused the closing to be delayed. I had to have the moving company hold my items on there truck. It cost an extra $1800 due to the inspectors screw up.
STEER CLEAR of this company and their SCARE TACTICS. This week DJ came out to two houses in our neighborhood (mine and another) to investigate bats. In both cases he greatly exaggerated the problem saying there were “bats hissing” at him and a massive amount of urine and feces causing him to choke and cough while looking in the attic. He gave us prices of $14K and $20K respectively to eradicate the problem. Thankfully we both sought second opinions and learned that we had minimal problems that would require a fraction of the work and cost he proposed. SHAME ON YOU for scaring people and taking advantage of ppl in such an egregious way.
Ben and Bob were out today for bed bug inspections and interior general.pest preventative at my Apt's. They were both absolutely amazing with their answers to my questions, customer service skills and thoroughness!
I am also very familiar with pest control and bed bugs and a bunch of other stuff myself. So Yea I asked technical.questions as well.and I was not let down at all!

I was trying to get a quote and setup an appointment time. I call 6 mins after. Told id be called back, and wasnt. Dont recommend.first pest control call as well
We moved and Springer will not return any calls or emails requesting to move the service to our new address. They charged us twice for one month but haven't provided service in over a month. We have called, emailed, and sent messages through their contact form on their website with absolutely no response

This is the first review i have ever written online, but i feel its necessary. Honestly, I feel a little taken advantage of. The initial consultation seemed very promising, I was told that the issues I was having would be resolved. The first gentleman that came out to service argued with me about holes in my basement wall not being from a pest, but I got two other opinions from professionals who said they were from pests. I had already paid over a grand for springer, so I gave them more chances. I was on quarterly visits, my last visit was 2/14, when I called today, I was told they came out in March. (If they did, they gave me no indication of coming out). So quarterly visits would be every three months. My basement has a 6 foot long area where there is access to my crawl space and any creature can crawl under my deck, right into my basement if they want. I was told for months that they would help me figure out a way to seal it up, but they never did. I called and canceled today for the simple fact that it seems they made promises on the initial consultation that they had no intention of following through on, they said it to get me as a customer. So all in all, I paid $1700 for them to put a few traps up, and shove some steel wool under my siding, which I could have done myself for $100. I guess lesson learned, I know now!
Been with Springer since 2010, I've seen a few technicians and for the most part have taken care of my needs
