Springs at Bettendorf

While the staff and the apartments especially maintenance are outstanding the processes in which these apartments run their business are awful. I paid a $360 cleaning bill on my way out "because that is what the cleaning service charged them". I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in (see videos) went back to clean appliances and bathroom more thoroughly as the first walk through that was noted. I got my small deposit back but the egregious fine for "cleaning" which when asked detailed wiping off vent in kitchen and window ledges I was very disappointed knowing how clean the apartment was left. I took videos because I had heard about the exit issues from others. My final total with them was over $500 for 2 days of rent into the next month and fees and that is with my deposit back. Also disappointed that there was no recourse or willingness to resolve that. The trash collection which is listed as "valet" is also another company they hire to do so, you cannot opt out of the pickup its a standing charge and when they don't pick up there is also no recourse because it is out of their hands. It is a safe community and well maintained but understand what kind of fees you will be hit with when you leave.

Great place to live! Leasing staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and efficient, and there’s lots of amenities.

What i love about Spring at Bettendorf is that the staff is very friendly and helpful. The people are friendly. I like that my packages get delivered to the office and not left at my door and that i don't have to worry about shoveling snow. I been here 2yrs and i haven't had any issues. This is a great place to live.

Staffs are friendly and experienced with knowledge. Maintenance teams are quick and respect each residents. Not just stay in great community but try out for best!

Staff are friendly but has to consider more than 10% of increasing lease amount after 2 years.
In 2years, decide you stay there or move.
However recommended short term staying.

Horrible - and not worth the $$. You think that if you pay the high price - it will be a nice place to live. There is very little cushion between top and bottom apartment - excessive noise all day long from top apartment is not an acceptable reason to break lease - Management cannot do anything about noise if it is not during “quiet hours” - good luck if you work 3rd shift! About 5k later - I was able to break my lease and move out to have peace. There are literally no exceptions to moving out early - they have a airtight lease agreement! I would run as fast as I could away!

We have lived at the Springs about 6 months, every time we have had a maintenance request, they truly come fix the issue as if it were their own home. Quick and prompt. Today our fridge was replaced and our food was placed back so neat and nice! After working 10 hours and Alex having finals at school we were SO thankful that the request was complete and they left a great voicemail explaining everything. Absolutely love this place. Thank you Springs and Maintenance team. Y’all are awesome. Seriously come live here if you want above and beyond service!

It’s a great place to be! Having moved from out of state, the staff at The Springs made the move seamless and so easy! They are very communicative, and are prompt to answer any questions or concerns I have

I’ve been living here for about a month and have no complaints. I had no major issues when moving in and any minor problem has been fixed quickly. Happy to be a resident!

Great place to live. Large amount of amenities. Staff is awesome to work with and they get things taken care of in a quick and efficient manner.

I absolutely love living here. The staff are super nice, and they are very responsive if you have any maintenance needs. The amenities are also pretty awesome. It is very quiet, and we have never had an issue with noise. If you're looking for a place to live, this is the best option.

The team at the springs is so helpful and takes the time to learn all residents names (even our four legged residents)!

Wonderful place to live. Dog friendly, quiet and well maintained. At the very top of the scale for rent in this area but you definitely get what you pay for.
