Starbucks, Urbandale IA

Let me start by saying I go to Starbucks everyday. I often go to the one downtown, the winder heights Hyvee Starbucks and the one on Merle hay. I came into this one asking for my regular, 2 grande salted cream cold foam nitros inside a Trenta cup and I pay for 2 grandes every time because I know they can’t do a bigger size.
The girl told me she was not aloud to put two grande nitros in a Trenta, which I thought was odd but whatever. So I asked for a Trenta cold brew instead with no water and no ice. She then said she had to put water in it. I took the drink because I wasn’t going to argue over a drink but this is the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. I saw she was about to put ice in it so I asked once again for no ice. She rolled her eyes at me and said “k”. The drink was gross and completely watered down. I ended up throwing it away after a few sips.

Love this Starbucks and all its employees. All the girls are great and take great care to quickly and efficiently make my order. They take care of me every day and I love being a regular at this store. It may be a target Starbucks but it's the best staffed in iowa

I ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade w light ice and they gave me a strawberry açaí with no lemonade and no ice, the strawberries were literally brown so it tasted bad, they were also out of a bunch of stuff normally i have a good experience there but today was not it

There is a little gal who works here and she tells you drinks that you'd like that are similar to the one you order.she is always very friendly and nice!

This is such a genius move by Starbucks you got to love these things inside Target!

Love coming to this Starbucks. Every time my order has been spot on. Love ordering ahead to beat the line. Employees are quick and friendly.
