Staff has improved, but always out of several items. Also, if you ask for certain coffees (example: blonde roast versus pike) they will tell you they are out and will not offer a pour over. When ordering water in addition to coffee order…water has a terrible taste to it. I’ve started going to Scooter’s more frequently. Better variety and super staff everywhere I stop!

This team is always kind a friendly. Despite being a busy location, they do it with a big heart and smile

I placed a mobile order for a Veranda Blend coffee, but when I arrived they told me none had been brewed recently. They offered to do a pour-over, but it would take an additional 10 minutes. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they aren’t going to do anything until you arrive? Just do the pour-over if you don’t have a drip batch ready to go.

Starbucks is one of our favorite places to go. It's always clean and the employees are always helpful and upbeat. The selection of drinks are almost overwhelming but it's still easy to pick the best one.

They were super busy I get it. But even if it's not your fault for product being late, or out of tea, apologize for the delay or mess up.

I get you guys are busy, but don’t make me wait over 10 minutes just for an iced chai after i ordered inside at the register and prioritized many many mobile orders who weren’t even there yet. You should be serving the people you have INFRONT of you. Be more courteous

Great service. They were very busy, bit were quick to welcome me and helped me as soon as they could.

Never had a bad experience at this location. Staff is always nice and you never have to wait long for anything

This time was a hit! Customer service was well and quick. I got there seasonal pumpkin cold foam on a cold brew with some extra carmel and it was the best drink I've there in awhile

The blonde girl with the braces was definitely not nice, could feel her aggression through the window. Acted as if we were a huge inconvenience.

Just had a small inconvenient with one of the employees of this location 3825 Denmark Dr but Katelyn the store manager assisted us in a good way and treated us as good customers and handled our situation well thank you Katelyn

I had a very pleasant experience here today. The barista was super nice and recommended some amazing drinks I decided to go with ether strawberry cream frappachino and it was super delicious. The only thing I didn’t like is they didn’t have a tip cup out so I had to go back through the line to tip her:)

This place is pretty crazy busy when it comes ome to the drive-thru, so I go in and pick up my order whenever I can. It's so much faster that way. The baristas here are amazing! Always friendly and genuinely seem happy to see you. One of the best Starbucks crews, anywhere.

Mariah got my morning off to a great start! I asked for a suggestion. She was very helpful and explained what the Americano was as I didn't know. And was so so friendly. Great customer service is hard to find.
