Ahhhh I got gifted a cute Christmas cup with my delivery order this morning and it truly made my day!
I went thru the drive thru this morning to get my drinks from the day prior remade as they both didn’t taste very well. So ordered my drinks today and had a pleasant interaction with Kimberly at the window. I get home and they were as i explained chunky, so to me i couldn’t just drink it this way. So i called and had a very pleasant conversation with Haley over the phone about the situation and explained what was wrong which she immediately told me i could come back and get the drinks remade and at that time i had asked about getting something completely different, because of the issues we were having and was told that was completely fine. My husband goes to the store for me and as he wad already in the process of being helped and getting everything corrected, another female then started making a fuss about the situation, in front of him. They had him move down so he wasn’t right there and she then continued to go back and forth, fussing about it until my husband spoke up and asked if there was an issue, which she responded “no” and everyone went on about what they were doing and my husband got our drinks remade and adjusted to what we decided to get after the drink we were wanting, wasn’t what we wanted. I am just not pleased with how the 3rd party interfered and didn’t know anything about the situation or how she acted in front of a regular, paying customer without any professionalism what so ever! I want to thank the ladies, who i did interact with for being so professional and making sure we got what we wanted after everything that had happened.
Got my order completely wrong and didn't even have what I wanted very disappointed with Starbucks very high for coffee the less they could do it at least get the order right got so frustrated i just left I'll be going to scooters from now on
I’ve tried this location three times. They don’t know how to make a drink. I go to the other locations in the same town no issue. Ask me is there something else I can help you with, oh how about that sandwich I ordered? Never again for this location. For the record I don’t recommend anything from this location.
Lady was rude they made the drink wrong and she complained about having to remake it. Horrible service
Limited diabetic options, but what I can have is great! Customer service is always on point, very friendly staff!
I'm here pretty much every day (RIP wallet) and the staff is always great, my coffee is consistently perfect. I always order mobile 10-15 min before I leave the house, and it's generally ready when I get there - usually I'm in and out in under 2 minutes on my way to work.
My one complaint is for Starbucks *Corporate*. I always order online in advance. Three times now they ran out of Everything Bagels (the only food item I order, generally) before I got to pickup.
Understandably, things sell out. However, there needs to be a way for the app to cancel/refund automatically when an item becomes out of stock, so that I know ahead of time other food arrangements need to be made.
I should not have to disrupt the baristas' flow and add a 3+ minute wait to request a refund, when the system could be automated to issue refunds for unavailable items.
The first time it happened, I didn't realize I didn't have the bagel until I got to work. I called the store, and they said they would only be able to refund if I came in person that day (I was working a 12+ hour shift and couldn't leave) I let this go since it was my fault for not confirming before I left.
The second time it happened, I thought it was being refunded automatically back to purchase card (because the barista didn't ask me to continue waiting at the to-go area or move to the register area.) I didn't see any refund activity on the App, so I called the store and was told they would add my name to their journal for a free bagel. (I have not redeemed this because I need my items ready when I get there, which is why I order mobile advance)
Today was the third time it happened. After waiting at the to-go area for a few minutes, I walked to the register/oven area and asked if they could confirm my order was still in process. They told me they had just run out and they would be right back with a manager. The manager was clearly busy helping the drive thru, so I feel bad making them stop their flow to come take care of this.
TL;DR - Baristas = great, Coffee = great, Starbucks POS system
I rarely write reviews but I needed to vent somewhere. Pretty sure they all know me as the "bagel lady" now (which is super f'ing embarrassing) but I guess I'm going to stop ordering those anyway.
Of course they are great and delicious! Always a great experience and opportunity to try new and delicious food and drinks
I haven't been to Starbucks for twenty years. I'm not sure why one third of the places I'm asked to review I didn't even visit. I think they considered me a Deadbeat Customer because I drink coffee with nothing in it.nothing. And I don't use their terminology. A large black coffee to go was an outrageous price.
GREAT service! App/rewards system crashed, drinks were made incorrectly, and an item was not included. All happened because they were extremely busy on a holiday, during morning rush, and their system crashed.
Called in and was invited to come back to get it all fixed. Everything was transferred to get stars, coupon used, drinks correctly made, and missing item given.
Mistakes happen, but great customer service to correct them! Will definitely choose this location again.
I gave the food 3 stars only because I've only had one thing there and it wasn't really my kind of food. Otherwise this place is on point every time with my orders. Very nice and fast service plus the atmosphere is very clean.
Always super friendly and personable. They remember who you are. Drinks are made perfectly, foods always hot. Love this Starbucks.
Starbucks is Starbucks but the team here is always really nice when I come through and I appreciate that.
If there experience they're good if they're not I don't know that's so good
