Very noisy. Lack of comfy chairs. No fireplace. If you just want to use drive-thru, it’s superb. If you come here for a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, you’ll be disappointed.

Pay extra for cold foam and then they don’t give it to you. Try and call the location and their phones don’t work!

Picked up my coffee in the cafe as I had ordered through mobile app smiled and said thank you, no response. I was walking away as I heard my name I turn around and hear multiple workers laughing at my name, one even said “what kind of name is shelsie” I’m not mad, but thought it was very poor customer service/taste. I’ve came here many times before, but will not be back.

Nicely designed Starbucks. Very clean. Great staff. I got my first PSL of the season but since I gave up coffee awhile ago I got decaf espresso. The baristas accommodated my request with no problem. The drink came out pretty quickly. My spinach and feta wrap and cheese danish took a few more minutes to come out but they were at the perfect temp so it was worth the wait!

Service was quick and polite. I'm still not a fan of how watered down their drinks are as a whole and things can get pricey compared to competitors. This particular location is very pretty though.

Staff is incompetent. After forgetting about my order for 15 mins they were also rude about it.

Not the usual experience. Both of our drinks were missing the vanilla, and we paid extra for one of them. Rookie?

What can I say about this amazing establishment? If you love waiting in long lines, paying exorbitant prices for mediocre coffee, and feeling like a basic stereotype, then Starbucks is the place for you!

I had the pleasure of visiting one of their locations and let me tell you, the ambiance was just perfect. The sound of blenders and espresso machines drowning out any possibility of conversation, the smell of burnt coffee beans filling the air, and the sight of overpriced snacks tempting me at every turn. It was like a little slice of heaven.

And don't even get me started on the coffee itself. I mean, who doesn't love paying five bucks for a cup of burnt, bitter liquid that's been sitting in a pot for hours? It's the perfect way to start the day, or so I'm told.

But, in all seriousness, if you're looking for a place to blow your hard-earned cash on a mediocre coffee experience, Starbucks is definitely the place for you. So, I give it a 9.3 out of 10, would somewhat recommend when wanting to spend a fortune on coffee. Cheers to being basic!

This is Starbucks so the McDonalds of coffee. However, I avoid going here because the drive through line is a nightmare and blocks all the parking for the store.if you park you will get blocked in and won't be able to leave. I have had my drink taken by others waiting. Staff seems focused more on the drive through and moble orders than people in the store.

I got a frozen coffee product, and service is always consistent.
Professional, friendly, and fast.

They were very sweet and genuine and when I asked for “iced no ice” I felt annoying but they were very cool about it and even spelled my name right. Probably my favorite Starbucks location

Never open as late as they say they are, came at 7: 15-7: 20PM when it said they close at 9PM. This has happened more then once. Hate that Starbucks is never open later then 730PM anymore in general, corporate, do better and stop taking hours from your workers

This Starbucks has a lot of room, great seating, (patio area is amazing in the summer), friendly, fast staff and LOTS of windows (great place to see the sunrise if you're a morning person).

Stopped going here because the beverages are watered down and the food awful, plus the "in your face" pressure to tip is ridiculous. To boot, Starbucks keeps raising the prices of their products. Taking into consideration that the cost of the products are watered down and very cheaply made, yet the prices of those same products keep going up, Starbucks should be able to pay their employees higher wages on the profits they are making. Have you seen the mansions the Starbucks executives own in the Seattle, Washington metro area? They make a bundle of money.

Good customer service, lots of room for seating. We really like this location due to the amount of windows. There's a lot of natural light from every direction other than the West side of the building.

What can I say Starbucks is always amazing! The staff at this location has always been super quick and friendly and we appreciate them. Our favorite go to orders of course caramel ribbon crunch and lately iced vanilla chai lattes so good!

Very filthy place. You would think it would be somewhat upscale given the location and being across the street from the DM Country Club. It is not. Tables are dirty, floors dirty. The food is merely warmed up, but it's so piping hot you have to wait 20 minutes to eat. Always out of cake pops. Selection on tumblers is next to nothing! Did I mention the filth? Not sure if the staff is complacent or just lazy to where they don't and won't clean the lobby making sure trash is handled and tables are wiped off at the very least. The staff is friendly enough to customers but that place needs scrubbed down so bad it's difficult to notice anything else. Go across the street to Hy-Vee Starbucks for better quality on everything including a better selection on merchandise!

It's a chain coffee place. It's way too busy for what it is. People going through the drive through are usually rude. Took a while to get a muffin because of all the people but not bad over.
