Starbucks, Marion IA

Only went in for a couple gift cards. Employees were very helpful and atmosphere was great too.

I work really close to this Starbucks. So, it is a convenient treat. Unfortunately, I often leave the drive thru with a less than mediocre coffee drink. I don’t understand how it can taste so different from other Starbucks? This visit I decided to go back in and ask the staff to remake my drink. It didn’t taste good and it didn’t taste anything like the brûlée I get from other locations. They gladly remade it. Thank you for that. However, it was equally disappointing. These drinks are expensive to end up tossing out or doctoring when I get home. Truly disappointed and feel like I waisted my money and time.

Still don't understand how the letters are supposed to work at the pickup counter. Super loud environment, can't hear the staff call out names or hear people at our table talking. Order wasn't correct again and service is typically mediocre at this location.

This wait time is completely ridiculous. The drive through line is entirely too long. I had mobile pick up order at 9: 35, it is now 10: 09 and there are still 3 cars in front of me. This is not a convenience and there is no way to get out of line once you’re in. Ridiculous.

We do mobile order at this location and others around town. Always wait 10-15 minutes here and at others the drink is always ready. Bad service and no benefit to mobile order.

I love the Starbucks at the Hy-Vee in Marion the most. Great customer service plenty of places to sit.

It's a starbucks. Great service and vibe, but burnt coffee which is sorta the standard at most places so.

Frustrating when you go to a place for coffee and they are too busy complaining to another customer that they mess up your order. Real professional…not. This place needs to get it together entirely.

Drinks are wrong most of the time, staff is rude most of the time. The other location in the area are definitely better.

This place deserves mention, particularly for the spirit and drive of the barista in handling a whirlwind of orders with aplomb and accuracy. Didn't get her name, but if anyone from Starbucks reads this, try to give her some meaningful sign of gratitude. She was at the unit in Marion IA on the roundabout, at 10-11 am on 17 oct.
