Randy the property manager took pride in his location, it was clean and I saw him cruise regularly, I liked that, I felt my Tools were going to be Safe. Moreover he was friendly, not only to me butt I heard on the phone.

On-site: Randy was friendly and helpful to work with and got my unit taken care of same day. The computers were running slow. On-line isn’t as user friendly as it should be and there’s no local number to call to speak to the local person at the desk. Makes it too complicated. FYI: The online prices are cheaper than in person. There’s a setup fee of $30 either way. Update: watch your payment date carefully. They don’t remind you before your second monthly payment is due so then they don’t have to honor the discount price they offered when you signed up. Sneaky.

Randy in the office at the Hackley store was very helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with, I would definitely use this business again. The storage unit was clean and so was the entire property. Excellent business.

It was incredibly easy to reserve the unit and then complete the rental I person. Rates are competitive and the service was great!

I would give 0 stars if at all possible. For starters. The online prices are completely different than what they actually charge you. We chose a unit and it was way to small so we upgraded. We were told it would be $60 a month. Later on I got charged $100. When I called to figure out why it went up so much they couldn’t give me an answer. And kept saying “um um it’s protection fee”. They are also hard to get ahold of I changed banks and needed to give them my new card on file. For a month I tried to contact Randy (the property manager) and no repose. They then charged me a late fee when I couldn’t get a hold of them definitely not my fault. On top of that do to the lack of space and outrageous prices we went to go clean out our unit. Keep in mind it’s the middle of winter. We found mice nests, mice poop, mice pee and on top of that dead mice all in our unit. 95% of our stuff was ruined. We saw pest control on our way out. We called and got transferred to the property manager. He didn’t act surprised or sympathetic. Just asked “well did you have food in the unit? ” When I replied “No” he said ok well I will have to send you a claim email I need pictures of the damage. Didn’t apologize or say how they would try to fix it. Also didn’t confirm they had the correct email on file. I never got the email. I then called again. I then had to wait for the regional manager “Jessie” to get ahold of me to figure out a 3 page claim. Note if you want any type of money back for the damage you have to replace it and mark how much it cost to do so and keep receipts. However in my case it’s all stuff that is from dead relatives or from when we were babies and can’t be replaced. And when u went to open up my unit to continue to clean it 4 live mice are running around in it not happy at all. I definitely don’t recommend this place. Looks like I’m out of luck. Take your money elsewhere.
