Beautiful building. Very well maintained. Fantastic location. Well managed. All in all a great place to live while going to a great university!

Living at the Stritz for two years was the best living decision I made in Ames! Mary Anne was a great landord, and the maintenance team was top notch! Highly recommend the Stritz to anyone looking for a great home away from home! Location is great, price is fair, the community is awesome!

I lived at the Stritz for two years. It’s truly one of the best places to live on campus. Moving from a campus town property to the stritz, it feels like a night and day difference. The management team is personable, responsive, and truly care about the property. If you would rather feel like your living in a prison then campus town apartments are for you. I lived at the Stritz from 2020-2022. I loved every second of living there. The management was so helpful and understanding. It truly felt like a community within the building. Everyone was so friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better place to live for my last two years of college!

I lived at the Stritzel for 2 years and it was a wonderful experience. Maryanne was very responsive and helpful if anything was ever needed; and the property was well cared for and maintained by the maintenance crew. Great location and great management team. I highly recommend living at the Stritzel!

I absolutely loved living at the Stritz for my senior year of college—I wish I could stay forever! Management is amazing and the property is kept very well. Zero complaints (which is not something you hear very often about apartments near ISU’s campus)! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

We lived at 316 Hayward, beautiful, modern, townhouse style units! The price is fair and reflective of the beautiful amenities. The building was beautiful, well kept, and we would highly recommend the units! Stritzel apartments are family owned and run. Maryanne is a wonderful landlord, easy to communicate with, helpful, and very respectful. She accommodated our needs and was willing to help us out with our move in/out dates.

The Stritz is an amazing place to live! I enjoyed how close it was to campus and my sorority as well as all of the businesses on Welch Ave! The building is super clean and any maintenance requests are handled immediately. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during my senior year at Iowa State.

Lived at Maryanne's townhouse properties for 2 years. Incredible location with excellent amenities. Affordable, close to campus with a two car garage. Maryanne is great to work with and always very responsive to requests. I would not recommend any of the large leasing companies in Ames - Go straight to Maryanne and Stritzel properties!

I stayed at The Stritz for a year after I graduated and it was one of the best apartments I had stayed during my time in Ames. Clean and nice apartments including the hallways and exterior of the building, significantly different than what you would normally see from apartments in Ames. All the amenities (in house laundry, private bathrooms) makes it a very comfortable living environment. Also right down the street from the bars and campus, so walking to class or walking for a night out is easy and safe with little time between. Highly recommend the Stritz for apartment living, especially during junior/senior year.

I lived at The Stritz for 2 years while I was going to school at ISU. I can easily say that this is the best bang for your buck! A beautiful building, and apartments, and an awesome staff. Maryanne and her family are amazing people that really care about their tenants. Any issues were always resolved within a day or two. Great location on Welch Ave, and a bus stop just a minute walk from the front door. Never felt unsafe in the area or in the building. I highly recommend living at The Stritz!

I lived in the Stritz from 2019-2020 and had a wonderful experience. High quality apartments, close enough to walk to the main section of Welch Ave but far enough away that it isn't noisy on the weekends. Also a good distance from campus with 2 convenient bus lines located just outside of the building. Maryanne was always helpful, responsive, and considerate. Any fixes we needed done were done quickly and by friendly individuals. Pleasant experience with both the apartment itself and the landlord (not always the case for near-campus housing). Cannot recommend enough!

I lived at Stritz 2018-2019 and absolutely loved it! The units are very spacious and it is an awesome location! On top of that, Maryanne and her staff are quick to respond and always willing to help - Definitely a rare quality to find in other landlords in Ames! Can't recommend Stritz enough!

I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. Maryanne is a great landlord. The apartments are within walking distance of campus and other fun things to do around Ames. The pricing is very reasonable and the building is always clean. I would highly recommend these apartments for college students.
