Tons of really cute clothing items, purses, shoes, dresses for half the cost. Really great place to find dress clothes, sports clothes etc.

I encountered Latisha today. I am miffed at how I was made to feel like a nuisance and inconvenience while only trying to contribute and consume from this business. It’s not a personality quirk, it is truly unacceptable communication. I felt so uncomfortable that I will never come back here or recommend style encore. Please work on being more kind to people.

I have shopped here since they opened. I go back because they have good clothes. The staff is horrible to customers and to each other. On my last visit, the manager was extremely rude to a phone customer and then after hanging up, she complained and loudly made fun of the caller. They are rude, snobby, and unkind. They loudly gossip about customers. Gross for grown women!

Super friendly staff and a nice selection of items. I thought the cash offer I received was very fair. Great experience overall!

Store and the girls at counter were so rude to my daughter and I. The one didn’t want to take time to explain anything and was short and snotty to us. We won’t be returning and will be passing along to our friends how we were treated! One of the ladies told my daughter she looks “platosy” not sure how to take that and why she would even say that? ! Rude! That store is a 2nd hand store and nothing more and their customer service is uncalled for and downright awful! These ladies need to get off their high horses and come down to normal town of niceness! I think I will be contacting their head office to let them know how we were treated!

Lots of selection, great fitting rooms also. They didn't take any of my consigned items I brought, which I thought were decent but oh well. Same as platos closet, just different name.

Now this is a well organized, well supplied, resale shop. Love selection, quality of displayed items. Def will have many return trips

Nice location. Always new things coming in. Clean well organized and fair pricing on nwt items.

Workers and manager/owner lacking any sort of customer service skill. Actually lacking skill ANY adult should have. Maybe that’s why they’re still working retail at 60 at all positions. Don’t waste your time going to this store for selection, selling, trading or ANYTHING at all. You will be wasting your time.
Going to many other stores this location is a hard pass!

After reading some of the other posts I was a little hesitant to visit Style Encore. Thankfully, the sales associate I encountered was pleasant. My daughter & I found some good sales. I'm sure we'll shop here again in the future.
