Subway, Ankeny IA

3 recent online orders and everyone of them was wrong. The receipt they print off shows all the details of the order but I guess the staff can’t read? !? I only give it 3 stars because I love Subway in general.

You lost a sale because I couldn't figure out how to use the app in order online. Your app is very confusing I'm sure all the people over the age of 50 have a problem with it it's okay though Casey's had pizza I'm good

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered $35 in sandwiches. Both steak sandwiches the meat was ice cold and the bacon on the other sandwich was fatty, cold and disgusting. Pure laziness to mess up all three sandwiches and they when we called in the lady was rude and did not seem to care. Quite the sandwich artists they have here they still need tons of training. Just because a sandwich is not toasted does not mean the meat does not get warmed up. What a joke and a waste of money.

Always impressed with our local subway in Ankeny. The store is always clean, and the workers are attentive and quick.

Watched one guy do 3 people sandwiches why another guy stood at the redger not saying nothing and doing anything except for bringing it up finally a female come out of the back to help I recorded the whole thing and the gentleman that sat at the counter never once greeted anybody or it is or helped make sandwiches Annie Jim needs to get on this or the owners one of the 2

Friendly staff, clean food station and dining area and the food was fresh. This Ankeny location is the best in the area.

My order was all wrong. I had to go back to fix it. When I got home, the order was STILL WRONG. I paid for the fresh mozzarella and bacon for my "6 and they didn't put it on the sub. Needless to say, if you want your order done right the first time; don't use the app. But the girl behind the counter was really nice about the whole thing.

Never had a good experience with this subway. Crabby workers, poorly made sandwich, doesn’t seem clean, and my boyfriend just got food poisoning.

Order was completely off.
BMT had no jalepenos mustard or mayo.
Sweet onion chicken teriyaki had barely any sauce and toppings were all outside of the sandwich barely cut.
Usually come to this location, must be new employees. Clearly no common sense. Oralabor location

Waited in line for 15 minutes, when I got the counter they had an online order and made me wait. Completely unacceptable. I eat here twice a week, not anymore.

There were only 2 people working-this is the second time we've been to this location that is understaffed. But they were REALLY SLOW to make sandwiches. The lettuce was very brown so didn't even bother to have that. I was told that was all they had. 1 star is probably too high. We will look for a different location or go to Jersey Mike's. Really we can eat at Pizza Ranch for the same price and get higher quality food and service.

They told me I had to put everything on my melt and then toast it but I’ve been there multiple times before and never have to do that, they always toast it before I throw the veggies and mayo on.

Literally threw the toppings on my sandwich and were rude. Piled everything in one spot and I had to rebuild the sandwich myself.

Not wearing masks, one employee was sniffling, cashier said she has allergies and they do not have covid. But of course we all know you can still get it and transmit it. They were also a little bit rude and kept asking what we were saying and it was obvious they were trying to do that because we were wearing masks. We could easily hear each other and we are both talking loud. I swear they were all smoking dope cuz I just didn't seem to be with it. We took our lunch out to the car to eat because the tables were dirty

As expected this is a great place for sandwiches. I love the Italian herb bread and sweet onion sauce. Fresh vegetables and good selection of meats.

Waited over 40 min to get our food. Only one person working. Our sandwiches were made with burnt bread. Ordered cheese, received none. Meat was turkey and had a lot of some kind of oil on the surface. Tomato was sliced very thin and mayonnaise was non existent on this sandwich. Kept waiting for Candi-Camera to pop out and tell us it was a joke. But, it was not a joke, we paid over $9.00 for this mess of a foot long. We won’t be back!

Second time now I've had problems with an online order. I asked before I left if my side of ranch was in my bag and she said yes. I got home and there's no ranch and no cookies. The phone isn't working when I called so I ran back over there and they didn't have any cookies which is fine but they could have told me that instead of giving me nothing. Also she did not have a mask on when masked are required. I am done with the store which sucks because it's so convenient for me

Me and my family decided to go to this subway for lunch. They were so rude about our order and refused to give us the cup (which we literally paid for) when they literally be giving people free cups all the time. People shouldn’t be treated differently because of their accent or skin color. Rude extremely rude.
