Subway, Ankeny IA

Picked up an order to go, ordered 6 inch, every one of them were wrong. Also bread was no bigger than a hot dog bun. All sandwiches were incorrectly made, one even had mayo only, nothing else. Also the veggie had ham on it and the turkey was missing the turkey. So i called they said they would remake, i asked to change them to footlongs since they were so small then had to drive all the way back to pick them up. I thought the least they could do was not charge the extra for the footlong size but oh no, had to pay extra and they were very rude. Will never go back!

Nice little place, right off of I-35. Very easy to get to. Very clean and the staff is nice and friendly.

Never had any complaints about this location it's alot better than others as far as quality of food and staff

What a great experience! There were 2 employees working when we stopped along the way. Both were so very kind and welcoming to my Father and I. The food was good as well and the restaurant very clean. The new raspberry cheesecake cookies taste like summer! So yummy!

Wrong cheese after they asked me twice. Sandwich was sloppily put together. Most expensive Subway I've ever seen and slow to boot.

The restaurant is clean, the service is fast and very friendly. I highly recommend this Subway.

We always receive great service at this Subway. A young gentleman named Holden is always there, to great us with a friendly smile and exceptional service. Love this place!

Victoria was awesome! Super bubbly and personable. We've gone to this subway multiple times in the past and her customer service has been the best yet!

Sitting right off the highway this a great place to grab a bite to eat! Staffing is very low due to its now hiring sign outside. However the staff working there are friendly and very upbeat giving their best to make everyone's experience the best it could be!

We stopped here on the way home to get a quick meal. I ordered a ham and cheese on wheat and asked for it to be toasted. The employee asked what toppings I would like and I asked for it to be toasted once again. He then stated I could not have it roasted until he put the toppings on first. I told him I did not want my toppings toasted and he stated he could not put on toppings after it was toasted. I have never
had an employee tell me how I had to eat my sandwich and stand and argue with me. I should have walked out but told him to give it to me cold. Went home and toasted it myself.

Pretty bummed. Normally I don't have any issues but today I tried the steak and cheese melt with extra Chipotle sauce. When I got back to work it looked like it just got thrown in the bag and zero sauce.

Teach your employees how to wear their mask properly. We visited 5/17 at 5PM. The man behind the counter had his mask over his chin.

The young man that helped my an sorry I dont remeber his name but he was very helpful an polite to me an very talkative but I went to this subway march 20th around 4pm. An also a very clean place.

One person working during supper time. Fixing online meals and trying to do customers. Took 15-20 min to get sandwich made.

I don’t usually go out of my way to make reviews, but My husband and I went to this subway on our way home. There was a young man with curly hair, and a girl working who went out of their way to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction as far as enough sauce or ingredients, even asking if it was toasted enough, or if we would like anything extra. When we got back to our car, we both said “that was the best subway experience we’ve ever had. ” And our sandwiches were perfect, so I just wanted to say thank you and also kudos to those workers for going out of their way to make it a good experience.

Very rude supervisor! I walked in on supervisor yelling at employees and using inappropriate language! Don’t give them your business.

The lady "helping" me was so entirely rude. I'm doing exactly as she recommended, going somewhere else to eat. I will not be coming back to this location and I'm going to make sure that none of my friends or family do either.
