The lettuce used to make our sandwiches should have been tossed. Noticeably browning and bad tasting…ruined what could have been a good sandwich.

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Ours sat with 5 employees just standing and staring off into space, waiting while 1 employee worked on a call in order, because they apparently didn't know how to proceed without them being done. Our sandwiches sat for 11 minutes in the line, while 1 employee working on an entirely separate order, talked to the other one who, instead of working on ours, was fiddling with his pants and touching his shirt constantly. When I pointed it out to a very rude cashier, she tried to accuse me of being rude because of them being busy. The line of people waiting behind us had sandwiches literally piling onto the food banks because these 3 employees didn't want to work past 1 guy putting mayo on 2 sandwiches that could have waited. Even after I dropped the topic and moved away from the register, the employee tried yelling over the partition at me. Horrible service and a crew who doesn't know how to work.

Well oiled machine. The lunch staff is almost always great. App is great. Always clean and we'll managed. Great job!

One of the worst subways I have seen in iowa. They don't accept any subway coupons. Staff can be really slow at times when making subs.

Ordered pick up. Went to pick up and checked receipt to make sure correct sandwiches. Got home one was not even close.ordered steak, got chicken. Called 4 times before anyone bothered to pick up the phone. Had to drive back to Subway to get the correct sandwich. They were not busy either time, both were on their cell phones.guess it is really hard to find good or even mediocre help these days.

Scamming customers by sending out Subway coupons to the local community and then refusing to take them? Subway, can't you do any better? Isn't your business reputation worth the couple dollar discount from your own coupon?

Downfalls are not taking the coupons that are delivered to Waukee residence. I was informed by the Subway staff that this is because corp won’t reimburse the location? The team seams to work with what they have but have been told things haven’t been delivered so they are unable to complete normal orders. The lactation is great and clean.

Bread was old and gross.meatballs were not fresh and hard.very gross had to throw away the sandwich.place needs to be shut down.

This Subway location does not accept Subway coupons. They just lost several customers untill they change that practice.

This subway is complete garbage. I wish it were better but 99% of the time I go out of my way to go to another subway across town. I hadn’t been in months and thought to myself “maybe it’s better” I was wrong. I can’t tell if it’s lack of training or lack of care but my sandwich is always made so sloppy and careless it’s impossible to eat. You may as well just load all the ingredients into a canon and shoot it at some bread and wrap that up - that basically what I get handed every time i come here. Also i asked for a “very little bit of Mayo” …it’s literally swimming in Mayo…Anyone who is thinking of going here do yourself a favor and drive a few more miles to the west Des Moines location.

It was a typical Tuesday afternoon, I was looking for a quick lunch and my boyfriend recommended subway, we eat here pretty often, normally pretty good. However, had I known that this would happen, I would have never even looked in subways direction. I ordered a foot long on wheat with chicken breast and added egg. They overcooked my sandwich, burnt it a lil, no big deal. But a few hours laters, after I had consumed the sandwich, I started feeling nauseated. I ignored it, hoping it would go away, but it got worse. I came to the conclusion that it was probably the eggs that made me sick. I threw up a total of 7 times just that night. I use to consume eggs pretty regularly without giving it a second thought, subways eggs have completely changed my perspective on eggs and breakfast. My life has changed in just a short matter of 24 hours. I will probably never eat at subway again

Was very delicious, we got there like 5 minutes before close and they were very nice about it and made our sandwiches anyway.

The worker who made mine and my friends sandwhich basically made a boat or a taco of all the ingredients, with all of the sauce on top, didn’t fold it, just wrapped it with no care at all for his job.

I am a frequent customer at this location, to the point where they know my order by heart. The employees there are nothing short of amazing and kind, and are very focused on their job. Sometime last week, I believe their computer system was down or something, but that didn't affect their work ethic. I would happily recommend this location to everyone I know, and I often compare other Subway locations to this one due to how wonderful they are.

Terribly slow. By the time they put vegetables on my sandwich, it was cold. Grumpy and rude staff.

We ordered online and our order ticket was correct but when we looked at our sandwiches the breads were all messed up.we got completely different bread than we asked for.

We went there couple of days back around 9: 35pm and there was a guy with tattoo's on his left hand at the conter (above the elbow). He put a serious face with no smile at all and as we were placing the order he was throwing veggies on the sandwich like he doesn't want to make a sandwich.seriously i didn't even feel like eating the food after taking it to the home.i paid for the sandwich and i don't know why he was so mad (may be we went there before closing time 10pm). If you guys (Subway) don't want customer's to come before the closing time then put a close sign outside.please don't hurt customers with your attitude and don't act like you are giving it for free.
