Subway, Cedar Rapids IA

I just left there and the computer was running slow. Now working customer service I understand the level that different workers are allowed to do. They were very nice about it and we were waiting and the owner came in and got us all situated. The people were very helpful and I got what I needed very quickly! Thank you!

Was in the other day and they were beyond under-staffed. It took twentyish minutes to get one sandwich with one person in line in front of me.

The woman behind the counter was completely overwhelmed by even simple requests. She started to make my sandwich with the wrong meat then argued with me when I pointed it out and had her change it. I haven't had red meat in years, I seriously doubt I forgot that during the twenty minutes I was standing in line. She had my sub in the toaster before asking me if I wanted it toasted. I didn't, but when I said that she got confused and flustered so I decided to just let it go since there were people in line behind me.

I gave two stars because there is a chance she had just been alone too long and was overwhelmed and normally it is a great place, so I guess the second star is a "benefit of the doubt, " star.

The woman that works here is very nice. The sandwich she made was good too. I will be returning.

Not only were the employees incredibly friendly and helpful, but they were kind too. I really do not leave reviews often, but when an experience like this one happens where you feel completely welcomed and comfortable, something should be said. If I could give above 5 stars, I would.

Its was ok update made the mistake of going back today whoever was working larger lady sorry to inconvenience you by asking you to do your job and make sandwiches

I ordered two separate sandwiches on door dash. They put mayo on both. I understand making a mistake on way but how do you mess up two different orders In the same way.

We arrived just as they were closing. I appreciated the employees being quick and efficient.

The employees did not act like we were disrupting the closing routine. Many stores (any type of store), I have been to close to closing time, employees act unfriendly because they want to close and leave.

Will pass on visiting this Subway in Cedar Rapids again. Guy making sandwiches was fast but sloppy, cashier worker talked over him and guests. Sandwiches were technically accurate but they were a mess when opened. Guy was more worried about going fast than providing a nice product. Subs shouldn't require a fork. Place was clean I guess, so there is that.

This is one the Best Subway chain store in Cedar Rapids, Ia. They are friendly and not just ur everyday workers, they go out of their way to make sure customers are content.

This was a special treat for our grandson, because we never go out anymore! He ordered a foot long ham and cheese, and they fixed it exactly as he asked. We were in and out very quickly. The associate was very friendly and listened to his wishes. He declared the sandwich was "perfect! ". It remains his favorite place for a quick bite.

Really, really bummed about the discontinue of the Seafood sandwich. It was one of our favorites.

I always get the tuna sandwich on nine-grain honey-oat with creamy sriracha dressing. It was so good and great value for your money as well!
