Subway, Ottumwa IA

It's Subway! Reliable, yummy food, friendly and speedy service. Really great group of people serving up "as healthy as you want it" food. The cookies were terrific too. Man! They have great cookies.

Horrible service. Had to ask 3 times for more than 1 sliver of lettuce. Then both employees Ashley and Amber went outside together to smoke and left the store and I went out 5 min later to tell them someone was at the counter and needed help. Neither of them were friendly and it was very apparent they hated their jobs.

Three sandwiches later and it still has tomatoes. The service has just went down hill the past few weeks. Last week we order extra sauce online and none of our sandwiches had any sauce. Beware if you go on lunch break you might spend 30 minutes waiting for food.

There's 3 subways in my town and in my experience I love the one out on Northgate but that's not going to change my opinion on any experience or service I receive. This subway is extremely conveniently located! Place is always very very clean especially the restrooms! I've never had a bad experience here except for when they didn't have any white bread way way back. Definitely love subway, the price is fair for what you receive, especially when you can ask for double meat or extra meat, and they don't charge you if you want extra extra veggies or of a sauce. I especially love their soups! The cheddar broccoli soup is to die for, I wish they had it all year round.

Besides the fact that one of the night sandwich artist were a little rude not only to me but another man who came in to pick up a to go order and he ended up walking out I'm pretty sure he wax cussing under his breath because she yelled at him instead of just asking him if she could retake the order in the store because there was a misunderstanding receiving a telephone order. I did sit in the lobby for about 35 minutes after making an order for a girlfriend and getting myself a cherry coke. They did not tell me it was free cookie night but before my date and I left I made sure to mention it to the lady who gave me one to go. I don't know and my date has not let me know how the sandwich was yet but if it's like I usually get at this subway I'd say it's good enough food always.

Disorganized mess, the girl manager behind the counter obviously hated her job, and the food didn't taste fresh. I normally go to the one by the mall, they have good food and workers. I won't be going back to this one anytime soon it's obvius they don't have their stuff together. Whoever took over after trinity obviusly dosen't know what they are doing! The service and food is aweful now!

Individual working that night was very unprofessional and I think didn't perform like he should of.

This subway is better than the one in Bloomfield! I'd give it a five if it wasn't for the bacon being to greasy. Other than that it's way better than Bloomfield's. It cleaner, the food tastes better, since it's more fresh, and they were faster at serving me and my husband food. It took them in ottumwa to make our sandwiches about 15 mins, while we had to wait 30mins to 1hr before getting the same sandwiches in Bloomfield! Bloomfield's is dirty, the food is not fresh, they are deliberately slow, and very disrespectful. U don't tell a female wearing a swimsuit top to put a shirt over it or they will not service u! I've gone into other cafes and stores and never once was I ever told to put on a shirt over my swimsuit top or they wouldn't serve me ever in my life! This is the first time I've ever been told that. My husband and I were going to the one in Bloomfield cuz it was closer to home but after being disrespected yesterday, we will not be going back to the one in Bloomfield.

Horrible experience both male employees working that day were so rude. They honestly don't even deserve one star. I should of just walked out.

Showed up at 09: 15 when they don't close until 10 and the two people working had bad attitudes and said they wouldn't serve us because they were closing up. Completely rude and out of line youxshouldbt be packing up your food that early before close I used to work in the fast food industry and that is not right

Seems to be a popular place to get a sandwich, i went twice in April, there was a short line, parking is good, sitting tables available, staff diligent, food is great, recommended.

Barb is the most friendly sandwich artist I have ever met. She made the best sandwich for me I could have ever imagined! Thanks Barb!

Ordered a footlong Buffalo chicken sub with bacon and they never added the bacon to it, and got charged extra for it.

Worst Experience Ever! I Ordered Online And My Order Wasn’t Done Correctly. I Called To Let Them Know And They Said Go Head And Bring Them Back. After I Got There, The Manager Said They Can’t Remake Them Since It Was Only One Thing Missing And That The New Boss Wouldn’t Be Okay With That! Mind You I Got These Sandwich’s About 20-30 Minutes Ago, Went All The Way Back Home And Had To Come Back To Get The Same Sandwiches. The Manager Looked Sick, Her Voice Didn’t Sound Normal, And Her Eyes Were Red. Won’t Be Coming Back To This Location For Sure.

The dude that made my wrap was funny and knew how to wrap a wrap that was loaded up with all the goods

Subs are good sandwiches. Seems doesn't matter where you go to one, taste the same.good!

This particular Subway has the Freshest bread and put much more meat, cheese, than other Subways here. Always friendly and quick service in a very clean restaurant. I highly recommend this Subway!

Long wait plus had the soups off and was told I dont know how long they been off so you cant have soup

I ordered online with a great response time. The problem was they made both sandwiches with the same toppings when the two were completely different.
