The employees are nice and patient. I do tip when I am in there but I make sure I give it to the person and ask them to put it in their pocket and not the tip jar

Went into this store last night to order food for myself and a friend. Immediately as I walked in I was rudely great by an older woman wearing a pony tail. I can’t specifically remember her name but it was something along the lines or Laura or Lauren. My sandwich was extremely burnt. I asked for toasted, I got charred. When I asked if my sandwich could be remade she scoffed and told me that was the only setting they were allowed to use. I felt extremely disrespected but as someone who is not a fan of confrontation, paid and left with a smile. That woman should not be treating customers with such disrespect. I doubt I will ever be coming back to this subway again. Not like it was that good anyways

Not very friendly staff, was not greeted or asked if I wanted anything. Ordered online, Asked for extra onions and sauce did not get, was not. Bread was in four different pieces. Meat had no flavor or very much of it.

I absolutely love this subway! It’s always clean, and I absolutely enjoy the wonderful Daniela who always crafts my sandwich. Absolutely love her, and her adorable smile. Never had such great service in my entire life from an adolescent. If you ever go there and she’s making your sandwich make sure to tip her good! She does fine work in that subway.

We ordered a few footlong subs today and the bread was either over toasted or old.we were pretty disappointed.

Travis and Tanya served us tonight. We love Travis be always knows our order. Travis took care of my boyfriend while Tanya took care of me. Sandwiches were amazing per usual.

Pretty disappointed. I’ve been coming to this Subway at least once a month for nearly a year. It’s convenient, clean, and the staff are friendly.

This is the first time I’ve ever ordered for Grubhub delivery. My sandwich condiments were strewn about, half of the sandwich wasn’t closed at all, and the paper was drenched with… oil? I think? I only had Mayo as a dressing.

While the in-person orders have always been consistent, I’m let down to see that their standard doesn’t follow with online orders.

I like Subway and want it all the time so I order on-line and either pick it up or have it delivered.point is, my sandwich is always the way I want it and like it.

Travis is amazing. My son is Autistic and has formed a bond with Travis. He knows his order to T and it brightens up my sons day seeing Travis. Wonderful experience with employees, wonderful manager who assisted a mentally challenged person ahead of me.

The lady with spots on her face was really rude. The meat on My b.m. T.was really warm. I didnt even get it heated up. I would not recommend going to this subway. Worst one in town.

Sub way is good place to go they no me when I get there and they are very nice to say hi to

No employees wore masks, and were allowing people in without (DURING A CITY WIDE MASK MANDATE). Very unprofessional.

Just ordered from grubhub didnt get any of the sauces i requested my sandwich was extremely messy and barely anything on it waste of money

On Feb 27 @ 7: 30 me and my mother whom is 89 loves Subway went to 200 ArmyPost road. So we got out, than a young man came out says we'll are you coming in. We say yes, so he proseeds to tell me that theirs no reg. Bread only pocket. Well I was shocked. Wow I started getting a little mad I tell him who does that South side gehtto The manager needs to be fired! My mother's Subway for yrs I've been bringing her too 200 ArmyPost we were Hungary. Well just to let you all know.

This location in particular is my go to. I don't know what it is but everyone who works there actually cares about each sandwich they make. I went and they were super busy with one person getting 6 subs in front of me. I got 4 and watched as they took their time to prepare each sandwich with love. Not rushing or throwing things on to hurry. It was awesome. This is the best Subway in the Metro.

I ordered a BLT and they gave me the bacon raw. However I had them crisp it up when I couldn't eat it and it was better the next time. They kind of acted like it was an imposition to do that but worked out in the end.

Just fine as a walk in location. Dont order online because they mess it up every time. I dont know how, because the receipt they give you is correct but your order isnt?

I hadn’t gone to subway before now and the experience was really great! I got to talking to the employee Angel, very friendly and nice to customers which is very much appreciated as that’s not really common these days it seems. I don’t normally leave reviews, but he blew me away so as soon as I left I made an account to leave a review after telling my wife about it. Very patient and helpful when coming to making my sandwich, which was delicious! He recommended really good combinations, and was overall a good face during these times where staff tend to be rude to older customers. 5/5 stars!
