Love this store! Doordash failed once again but Ashley at this Subway totally stepped up and saved the day! Thanks Ashley!

Shout out to Jen and Taysha (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) at the subway on ingersoll! Everywhere I go these days customer is not great, in fact it’s usually down right horrible! I can tell people don’t like their jobs and truly don’t want to be there, but these sandwich artists at subway tonight were not that way at all! They were so kind, nice and personable! They actually wanted to talk with me! They put such a wonderful end to my unusually long Friday at work! Thank you gals!

Workers were incompetent, didn’t know how to make half the menu. Took half an hour for 2 subs…

We door dashed an order and this is how it was delivered to us. Completely smashed, rushed and uncut. The driver mentioned that this was how it felt when they picked it up from the establishment. I have not previously had problems at other subways I have ordered from either. Sad.

I wasn't sure about how this store was going to be, mainly because of its location. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there though. The store was very clean and the food was all fresh. The employee that made our sandwiches was awsome. Her name is Ashley & she had a big smile on her face & kindness in her heart. She was also very kind with the portions of food on our sandwiches. I recommend this store if you're in the neighborhood. Thank you Ashley, you should get a raise (Boss)!

Always a good meal. Bathroom was in sad shape: small role of toilet paper and nothing to dry your hands on after washing them. Yuck!

Went to my favorite Subway today and found out they are not accepting coupons anymore. And I had just accumulated enough points for a free sub. I will have to find another Subway or switch to Firehouse subs.grrrr

Badcustomer service and poor skills at answering the phone I called 13 times and still didn’t get a anybody to pick up.

Online orders are iffy when adding extra comments/requests and sometimes they don’t pay attention to toasted or not. Timing is perfect and decent portions though.

My sister friend took my catering order when I went to pick it up Friday it was ready. I definitely will go to this location again.

Quick and easy, call ins are ready n waiting for you. In service good courteous and patient.

Very friendly location. Will be back more. Update: 12/2020 A+ Location. Order is always fresh and good. The staff is incredibly nice. Tip them. They work for it! Clean! Do not hesitate going.

This subway is constantly out of supplies and never has the options I can get at other subways in the area. There is several items on the menu with tape over them, they only had 2 bread choices yesterday, and they have a sign saying they aren’t participating in national promotions other subways may be offering. Why would I go to this store over another subway?
