When I tried to order they said all the chicken was frozen it's 2 in the afternoon I just feel like that's kinda wild and unprofessional since that's half of what they serve

Went there today around 1-2 pm, the lights were off but they were open.staff were young and not trained correctly as I had to remind the bread person 3 times what meat and cheese I wanted.there was a customer in there that was unhappy because they were out of mayo, and thought that they should put out a sign stating that fact. I agree with that, also found out they didn't have oil with their vinegar. The rude manager had to ring out a customer whom was using a coupon, so when they were done with that customer they stated to me that they weren't processing anymore coupons today. Rude. I didn't have one anyway. The light over the condiments wasn't on so it was very dark and the containers were half empty. The child putting on the condiments had NO idea how much to put on (like I said, NO training). The manager came out of the back with her attitude to ring me out, I DID NOT leave a tip! I asked her if this location was closing and she blankly said "no. " I then had to ASK for a bag for my footlong! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this location!

Online orders should be treated just as importantly as in person orders waiting 30 plus mins for a funky sandwich that should have veen ready when I got here or shortly after is insane!

No explanation no sign no nothing just decided to close over 2 hours early amd leave a lot of paying customers outside. It's only 8pm and this place is supposed to be open until 10pm

They were closed at 4: 27pm on Monday Oct 2nd. Went here for an Uber and a young man and middle aged woman were putting the containers of food out. Really inconvenient to drive here but the fact that they heard me knocking and didn't even look up.

Spent $55.16 online got to the store order was completely wrong they they told me come back tomorrow for a refund a total disappointment bread was so soggy you couldn't even pick up the sandwich

Christa was amazing! I ordered online and asked for some of my toppings on the side so I could warm it up for work the next day and she not only put my toppings on the side but wrote me a note for me to enjoy my day at work. It made my whole day! Thank you

I had a curbside order I got to the store around %pm there was a guy making the food there was a huge line and besides me 2 more waiting for our orders. I think the Other Lady was a sup or a manager of some sort well during all that chaos she left him to fend for himself and poor guy had curbside orders mobile orders and a line to the door she said "don't worry about the curbsides" and if no one shows up just call.she should have not let him alone and been a good supervisor and helped him work the line instead she left him.guy was hard working and moving hast as he could no one complained.this was super bad and should not have one employee do everything. Guy deserves a raise and recognition! He did great under pressure and got my order right and still apologized for the wait. I did not catch his name but it was whoever was working from 5pm on 9/6/2023 great job and hope you get better supervisor!

Went here on Friday at 12: 30 pm (lunch time) and the doors were locked LOLOL Subway and it’s employees are terrible

Every time I come in here they say give them 50 minutes so they can make online subs. Don't waste your time driving there to get food.

This girl did a fabulous job she was hustling the whole time and she still had customers behind us she kept the customer line moving she made appealing sandwiches that girl needs a raise.

Good menu selection sandwiches, salads, healthy menu, fast customer service, cookies chips and drinks.

Every sigle time we come here, perfection is their standard! Such kind and profesional employees! Very clean kitchen! They deserve a raise!

Just stopped to get Subway after the park today with the kiddos, after waiting 15min that wasn't the problem. I asked 3 times not to put sauce on the whole sandwich she did, I wasn't going wait Any longer. She offered to make another one, nope! Not that hard to hear after saying it 3x's.
Just will not be going back to the locust st subway. Stop at a business just across the street from them after to get drinks and talked to others that received BAD customer service from the same Subway.
Lesson learn! They overcharged me from one of my sandwiches as well. So Sad

Very uninviting since the coupons dont work at every location and some locations onky certain coupons work for certain things.a worker says stores lose money due to coroorate coupons

created an overall vad taste afte rpaying full price for food i cold have gotten for way less while holding a valid corporate coupon in my hand.no in store specials or coupons on site nor are employees willing to honor online coupons unless you order in the app and even then it is iffy.

The team went above & beyond to make sure I has what I needed. That level of service is so rare these days!
