Subway, Waterloo IA

It was amazing the teriyaki blitz was perfect and caidan helped me with my food and service and got to catch up with him for a little as friends and the 6’ teriyaki blitz was so tasty, 10/10 visit, would go again!

Hair in my sandwich by their own manager which is brutal and wouldn’t give me my money back and only could replace the sandwich which gives the risk again of hair. Also my friend gotten food poisoning twice once in October took a break and ate it again in April and was still throwing up so a big heads up this place is highly NOT recommended.

Never have I been met with such shortness and lack of support in my ordering than at this subway. I order my sandwich the same at every subway with no issues but here I was told I could not make changes to a sandwich because of inventory. But then offered a suggestion for another sandwich that would have had to do the same in order to get what I wanted. If this is what Subway is going to I guess I won't be back but this was a first for me. I will enjoy food somewhere else.

First time here. Workers were very friendly and quickly prepared the items ordered. Will definitely be back.

The food was not the problem it was the service. You could clearly tell just by the look on the girls face that she did not want to be there. No greeting coming in the door, or even a I'll be right with you, either one would been better then nothing. The only words she said to me were, what can I get for you, cheese, $13.47, oh no I didn't yet, (I asked her of she got the drink too, as the cup is on the counter right next to the 2 bags of chips I also purchased), then she said that total and have a nice day. The end part startled me slightly. LOL. Now I don't know if the girl was going through something or she been working for so many days straight or just plain tired but a little more communication with me as a customer would have made that I don't wanna be here look she had on her face not even matter. I would have left an entirely different review.

The food here is always good, and the staff work hard to fix your meal up fast so you can get going. If you want a healthy sub with lots of veggies, this is the place to go!

The server was surely when I asked if they had pastrami. I don't like that they don't wear hair nets, this is the second Subway I've been to, and no hair nets working around food. One girl had long hair hanging down her back.

Sure don't want to put much steak on, had to say something, all she could say I'll have to charge extra. Told her this place is cheap, every one else gives you a nice portion, not this place.

Nice and clean, But please make sure to clean your knife off good before cutting sandwiches!
