16I want to focus on how disgusting the women's restroom was. A black ring around the waterline of the toilet was proof it had not been cleaned in ages. The only time I have seen a worse restroom was at the Iowa State Fair. Seems trivial to mention that the dining tables had not been wiped down either. We will never go to that location again.
Subway must pay their workers very poorly here. They look like they'd rather be dead every time I come by.
If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Lady allowed my warm sandwhich to get cold before finishing it. Super rude. Ear plug in the entire time. Literally sorry excuse for an establishment allowing her to work there still.
I ordered on Doordash, they were out of Macadamia Nut cookies, instead of calling and asking if they could substitute it they just circled it on the receipt and told the driver to have me request a refund from Doodash.
Also one of the tuna footlongs I ordered had no tuna.
I double checked the app and the receipt, I definitely asked for a toasted tuna on Flatbread but I got an untoasted Flatbread with veggies.
Extremely understaffed. There was only one person working there and she didn't seem very well-trained. Had to wait almost an hour for my sandwich.
Ordered online for delivery and they messed up my order! Asked for extra toppings and they didn't add them & forgot other toppings. They also added extra sauces. Only thing they got right was the bread and meat.
Waited on my to-go order for ages only to get home and find it was made entierly wrong. Both items were incorrect.
Subway's customer service is gone. I ordered online to pick up from my closest Subway and after ordering I'm going to my closest Subway I found out my order was actually at the subway farthest away from me. When I asked for a fresh toasted sub instead of a cold one they refused and they also refused a refund because the manager wasn't there and would not be in until the next day. They called the manager on the phone and he said they don't give refunds or make fresh sandwiches if there is an online error they have nothing to do with anything online.
I ordered food here and McDonald comparatively No taste in different but subway has more options. I like footlong here.
If I could rate below one star I would. The employees do not care about anything, and show zero effort in everything done. I came in here on my 30 minute lunch just to spend half of it waittng for an employee to even exit from the back.
Her coworker has in the past made my sandwich as slow as humanly possible, miswrapped it to where the meat and bread were exposed while in the bag causing all ingredients to spill out, lollygags around while toasting a sandwich rather than helping the next in line, and blow by a line of customers to finish his own sandwich/fill his drink.
I do not expect a suit-and-tie level of professionalism from any fast-food establishment, bit I do expect the "fast" part of the title.
Went here on a 30 minute lunch and never want to go here again. The guy behind the counter had an earbud in and didn't even acknowledge me. He was making his own sandwich and decided to finish that and walk to fill up his drink before finally starting my order. A girl had peeked around and saw me standing there waiting and just turned around and left. The guy finally made my sandwich and left even though a line had formed. The girl finally came up front and slowly started to make the sandwiches. The person behind me ordered a Flatbread and it took the girl 10 minutes to come back and say they were out. I normally come here on my lunch breaks but now I'm just going to turn and walk to hyvee.
Employee seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else and wasn’t showing any sense of urgency. Easily the most amount of time I’ve spent in any subway and there were only 3 other customers in front of me.
Had a customer service issue with the app, and the staff helped me and made me some great food. Yoltzin was very helpful!
Subways regularly have acceptable service, but this one in particular needs to improve it.
The worst subway I have ever ordered from. Ordered online and received two of the smallest footlongs I have ever seen. 2 pieces of onion, 2 pickles, little amount of meat. Horrible rationing of toppings at this location.
