The young guy making our sandwiches was very friendly. Said he's been there one month. He did a good job.

This is the dirtiest Subway I've ever walked into. And not just dirty from having a busy day. Dirty like things haven't been cleaned for months on end. It was like walking into a restaurant that had been abandoned for a year. I

As a former employee I was fairly disappointed with my order some sandwiches were incorrect. We were missing a 6 inch sandwich, received a random footlong sandwich, and the salad had barbeque sauce when it was supposed to be ranch. This was an online order, there should not have been mistakes.

Best hard working service around for subway, food is fresh and amazing! Good Job!

I was charged twice for one sandwich, I called back and they said next time I’m in, bring receipt, which I did a couple weeks later, they took a picture of the receipt and got my address and said they would get back to me, I’ve called and texted for two months and haven’t been reimbursed, now the manager won’t even return my texts, very poor customer service

I typically stop here on my way down to visiting Dubuque from the Twin Cities. It's quick, the food is good, and I sometimes see an old Decorah pal (this has only happened once). 5 stars from me!
