The "manager" called the cops on my associate for simply asking for a substitution for items they didn't keep stocked.
The meats there look like they have been left out long enough to become jerky.
Just one person on the counter, took him 20 mins to finish his earlier orders. Finally got tired of waiting & ordered on the app.the orders are still 20-25 mins late. Sandwiches aren’t packed right. Everything is spilling out. Not worth it
This subway needs more workers. Usually only 1 or 2 people are working, so it takes forever to get orders. They are also out of ingredients quite frequently. The few workers that do work here are nice at least and recognize the issues with this location.
This girl already trying to put stuff on my sandwich I did not ask for! And kept having to correct her. Let alone I asked her to warm it up she took it out early and it’s cold! Cut my sandwich lazy and sideways making everything fall out when I picked it up. Straight up stupid and lazy.
I have been to many subways over the years and this is the first and last time I visit this one. Never have I received such poor service in any establishment.
Friend and I stopped here after placing an online order. App said food was ready. It wasn't. Waited over 30 minutes, he asked an employee how much longer until our online order would be made and he rudely replied "at least another 25 minutes". Told them we'd come back in a bit and left. Came back 20 minutes later, and they had threw out our order. Asked for a refund because we already paid online. He said he didn't know how to do that. $22 later, no food, over an hour wasted. The employee was very entitled and rude, never even bothering to apologize. He wore no name tag, casually dressed, and had headphones hanging from his shoulders.
We now have to email corporate for our refund.
I had an unexpected order for sandwiches for our movers having just moved in the area (7 footlongs, hardly a massive order), and placed an online order. Upon walking in the store an employee (possibly the manager?) immediately started being extremely rude, stating that they required 24 hour notice, that we had to do a catering order, etc. I didn't mind a delay, and explained that it was an unexpected order since we had our movers arrive, and she continued being rude and angry. Apparently this subway does not want business, as the way this was addressed was completely unprofessional and rude. Steer clear and go to a subway with better management.
Very dirty. Ordered a sandwich with the steak, and the meat was cold. Didn't ya'll use to heat the meat up?

This subway is HORRIBLE. I have been there a couple of times, since working up here. They first time, well it was a normal subway experience.
The second time they had labor helpers in there that didn't know what they were doing. Not to their fault, but the one actual employee was too busy to give direction. Then the 12" sandwhich had half a scoop of meat. The labor helper even asked "if they had more in back, it wasn't enough? ". But was told "nope, it'll be fine".
Tried one last time after that. They two people working took about 15 min to make a 6" sandwhich, for a lady ahead of us. She finally gave up and told them " I'll cook the bacon myself" lol! Then came our sandwhiches. Mmmm nothing out of ordinary, except they went in the oven, came out the oven, but weren't actually toasted. Chicken - cold, bacon-cold, bread-meh, cheese-same.everything about this subway & the people working/ managing it sucks! It's a subway.
Like most people I order the same sandwich every time. Never had an issue till today Italian BMT. Meat just piled up not separated same with cheese. The lady making it either didn't understand me or couldn't see maybe both. Then she was talking bad about me under her breath. It will be quite some time before I go back to this subway.
The place is OK, the guy who made my sandwich was really nice but the line was moving at a crawl bc he was the only guy there, to be fair he was very meticulous about his work and it was the most well-constructed sandwich I have had from Subway, but I waited over 30 minutes. I think they just need to hire more people
