Subway, Tipton IA

I had accidentally left my wallet somewhere else and I sent someone to get while I waited. The gentleman at counter was was super nice about like no worries. Amazing customer service

Always take great care of me and make the sandwiches well. The employees run a good shop there.

It's a subway.nothing amazing. Kind of dumb they added an option for "tips" on a fast food place where their only job is to literally put the ingredients I request onto a loaf of "bread" and roll it up in a piece of paper. Turn the counter around, charge me less for the sandwich and I'll just make it myself!

I went in to get a salad and they wouldn't chop it up. It just got thrown in a bowl, whole slices of bacon tossed on top, the kid with the dyed hair and the older lady did not seem to care at all and the older lady was very blunt and snippy. Wish I'd taken pictures so I could show how sad this salad looked, very disappointing. The only good thing I can say was that the restaurant seemed clean, so at least it didn't feel gross.

I don't know who the young lady with the septum piercing and short colored hair is but, she does not know how to make good sandwiches. I got 5 pieces of turkey meat on a FOOTLONG sandwich. Nor did she cut my significant other's sandwich in half. This is the third bad experience with her while she has been working.

As far as Subways go, this one was very clean. The food was fresh and the service was fast. The employees could have been happier or at least tried to smile, but as someone who has worked at Subway, I understand.
