Slow service only one person behind the counter The counter has nothing in it for food wise You're going to be standing for like 20 minutes because the person moves at the speed of a snail

Tried showing up at 1: 20 pm on 12/10/23. Open sign was on, hours posted say that it should be open. Both doors were locked and employee just stared at us through the window.

I literally never leave reviews but my boyfriend and i had the craziest experience here today.the woman in front of us ordered two sandwiches, and the worker took about 20 mins to make both.once she finally finished making them, the woman was ready to pay.the worker then went and sat down at a table with a customer who seemed to be her friend, and started eating a sandwhich and talking on the phone.the woman just stood there for 5 minutes waiting to pay while this worker sat there eating.there was no other staff member there.finally the worker got up and rang the woman up and took our order.again, in the middle of making our sandwiches, she took her gloves off and went back to her table with her friend.there were multiple people in the store, and we all watched in shock.a man rushed into the restaurant from the front door, threw some gloves on and finished our sandwhiches and rung us up.he kept saying “so sorry about this folks” so he must have known this worker wasn’t very helpful.another customer came up to the register and paid after he ate his sandwhich, meaning the woman must have never had him pay.im not sure what was going on here, but it was not good!

Hours say closes at 9. Got there at 8: 20, Open sign was on, but no other lights and noone inside.

I ordered curbside pick up online and even though the app said my order was ready, I sat in my car for 10 minutes waiting for them to bring out my food. I eventually had to go in and ask about my order, and it still wasn’t ready. They weren’t busy and I or have them plenty of time to make my food before arriving.

Went here at around 2pm on a weekday and the single employee said he was on his break. Came back the next day an hour later than the day prior and the employee refused to come out of his small room in the back, despite myself and another customer waiting. Been here twice now and still haven't gotten any food. Only attempt to eat here if you have low blood pressure and need it elevated.

Came in at 5: 36 on jun 15th 2023. The employee who made my fiancés sandwich not only had zero subway gear on. But no apron, hair net or hat. Also didn’t wash his hands before putting on gloves. He was touching under his shirt.

Walked in for dinner and the guy said it was closed although it was 6pm on a Saturday and he was making sandwiches. Do not recommend

Very friendly staff. Multiple times this week have been out of most all meats, mayo, some additional condiments, and multiple pop/soda selections.

The guy making sandwiches is so slow that he could be a living statue. Up late partying on campus.

Only one server during busy lunch time so 20 min wait. Other than that, the food was excellent.

Omg. The date is October 7,2022 It took 30 minutes to get a sandwich. They were out of chicken, steak, and only had two kinds of cheese. I should have gone with my first instinct and walked out after it took 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches for the guy in front of me. More disturbing was the attitude of the two employees on duty. The slow one at the counter and the other young male who was too busy on his cell phone to bother helping customers. He was pretending to mop the floor but finally came to the counter to help put on the fixings.
The worst of this awful experience was witnessing the lead person purposely throwing extra ham in the garbage instead of returning the extra to the bin for the next sandwich.
My girlfriend was behind me and in talking with that person who admitted that as soon as they ran out of meat, the employees could go home for the day. The guy claimed that the supply truck would be in the next day and that was the reason for such shortages. In many years of eating out, this was one of the worst examples of employees who seriously need to be replaced and maybe the owner of this location should spot check what the staff is doing. Guarantee we won' t ever step foot in this place again.

Workers are super lazy and slow. There was one person ahead of me in line and they had three people working with no delivery orders. They didn’t help the person in front of me for five minutes then got to me 2 minutes after that. Idk if there was an issue or not but they could have had at least one start making the sandwiches. Sandwich and we sloppily put together and the guy who made it acted like he was annoyed making the sandwich. Never will go back
