Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
11It used to be one of my favorite stops for a quick bite, but lately, it seems badly managed and poorly staffed. The phone is turned off consistently, cancels orders, and a couple of times, the store was closed during normal business hours.
I sent in an online order and it never got made and the one employee that was working was very slow at making a sandwich and then by the time it got to me my lunch break was up and I don't even know if he voided my order or not recommend do not go.
Terrible experience. We ordered ahead a $64 order and planned a 12: 30 pick up. Card was charged and we got there just after noon and the place was dark and locked. There were other people standing outside who had also ordered from them wanting to pick up their food. We went next door to Kum and Go and they were very sympathetic and tried their best to reach the Subway management. It was clear this happens often. Neither the manager nor the owner called back the 35 minutes we waited along with multiple other customers. Never got our order and eventually left. The employees at Kum and Go are fantastic and did their best to reach someone but they have no control or affiliation with Subway. Don’t waste your time or money.
SUNDAY- 8am-9pm
Door was open- “sorry we’re closed, I don’t have a closer” - Manager.
Major disappointment. Wheat bread? Out. Onions? Out. Green pepper? Have 2 slices thats all we have. Kid at the counter didn't even acknowledge me and waited for someone else to help me. Won't be back.
Didn’t know sandwiches came with a side of profanity, “sandwich artist” was having a mental breakdown, a 5 year old could’ve made a better sandwich, never again.
I arrived at 9: 09 on a Saturday, and the sign said open at 8: 00. There was a worker inside and she just waved me down and shrugged. At least post a sign, or explain to customers.
Really weird service. The guy serving us couldn’t remember a word I said and took forever. He was pacing around oddly. When it came to checkout the card reader didn’t work. We didn’t have cash and he wanted us to go to an ATM which we didn’t love because we’d get charged a fee. He insisted on paying for our sandwich himself when we asked if he could call someone to fix it. SUPER weird encounter. Would not recommend.
I came in and two ladies were screaming, giggling, throwing sauce bottles around and one of them had her kid behind the food counter. I’m appalled and honestly disgusted, she threw together my sandwich, with little to no interaction, only to laugh with her coworker and throw around the most colorful language I’ve seen. I don’t know who the higher up is but I will be taking this to them. The disrespect was unreal. Find a place to babysit your kid, maybe not behind a food counter at work
The sub lady was phenomenal she stood up for us when a couple came in and belittled everyone in the place need more like her
Very well ran Subway! All items were fresh and very cleanly put together! Mandy had premiere customer service and made sure I was thoroughly accommodated.
