4 Normally good. Was disappointed this time. Ordered specific sandwich and they started it then told me did not have key ingredient. Did not offer to take back and make something else.
They should have told me prior. Poor service
Place is clean and food is good served by nice mannered people. Been couple times though I've ventured out to eat there and couldn't because they weren't staffed.
This subway is horrible. They cancel your orders and close early and don't even bother to call to tell you. What a joke of an establishment.
Management, can you impress upon your staff to get the orders correct. When it happens over and over, it is not a employee problem, it's a Management problem. Especially, when you order online. Just once, can you get the orders correct. Please. If it continues, it will be taken to Corporate.
