Amazing food. Great service. Polite behaviour. Price is also very reasonable. I loved it!

Had a spring roll appetizer and a sushi roll with tuna, cream cheese, and mango. Fast service and good-tasting food. Menu is extensive and a little overwhelming. COVID notes October 2021: was empty when we walked in, but got fairly busy fast. Takeout is a better option if you're avoiding indoor restaurants.

Ordered seafood ramen via CHOMP, which describes the dish as follows:

"scallops, clam meat, snow crab leg, prawn, ramen noodles, seasoned bamboo shoots and green onion in a creamy miso-paitan broth"

The broth was flavorless. The shrimp/prawn and scallops weren't much better. There was NO clam, crab, or bamboo shoots in this dish whatsoever. I paid $15+fees/delivery for something that tastes worse than $. 20 pre-packed ramen. This isn't my first time ordering ramen from this restaurant, but it will be my last. They should take it off the menu or reduce the price if they can't make it correctly.

The sushi rolls were small and the service lacked. Our server was always in a rush to leave and didn't check on us.

Sumo sushi is fantastic I had no expectations because this place was not a sushi restaurant before and so when I saw sushi restaurant was coming up here I was like okay that's cool and so I paid attention to it and it's fantastic it really is and the workers they're good though they take your order phenomenal and the service is great the roles the menu everything the sushi it's beautiful you know the service it's really really good and also chef David is fantastic and they make great rules and they do it very very beautifully and they rule the rules very rolly and circularly and around

This place is so, so delicious! My friend and I loved all of our sushi rolls. Service is also wonderful and I can’t wait to come back again!

Great authentic Japanese food, sevice is great / friendly, casual, and overall fun environment. Lunch time had Latin music playing.

At there twice while in town and great food both times. Ramen has a miso style broth, sushi is very fresh and very good! Love there food and will be back next time we are in town!

The place was really nice and clean, serving was really good, and food were fantastic. The rolls were really delicious; it looked simple but it was really surprisingly tasty. The ramen was really good too, the soup base was rich, and if we didn’t eat a lot of food before the ramen, which we ordered just to try it out, we would’ve finished it.

The prices were just right. We could’ve tried other dishes but we were just passing by the area when we ate here. We will definitely come back and try other food on the menu.

Drove almost an hour and a half to eat here. Got there at 11: 20 paid for parking went to go in the door was locked. Tried calling no answer mind you we had just seen someone walk in. We knocked in the door because we could see people behind the counter no one would come to the door. Tried calling again still no answer. Said the were open on their sign and online. Really wanted to try but will not return.

Had an incredible time at Sumo sushi, was served by a very kind waitress who said it was her first day. Food came out nice, dishes were clean, and service was fast! Will definitely be back!
