A couple of the beds could definitely use an update. Otherwise the place is clean with great staff!

Tanners beware.the instant beds in room 1 and 2 should NOT be treated equally. I tanned in room 1 on Wednesday for 8 minutes.my face was a little red for about 24 hours. I tanned again tonight but was put in room 2. I decided to only go 8 minutes again, but got out at 6 minutes because this bed felt substantially different. Thank goodness I got out when I did, because I am absolutely fried! I have actual blisters on my stomach.if there's a difference in the bulbs in the two instant beds, that needs to be communicated to customers to prevent someone from getting hurt.

Love coming here! The girls are absolutely so sweet and accommodating and fully explain all the services available. Always so clean and they keep it so festive and fun in there highly recommend visiting

I love these girls here. They are beautiful, kind, hardworking and informative on lotions, the sauna, the red light and tanning beds. There’s never a day I feel unwelcome. Best staff to come through this place.

I use to think the world of this place but then they had a fire decided not to tell anyone what was going on, and then they've had constant machine breakdowns and their Hiawatha and Cedar Rapids location. I don't think I'll renew my membership after the way they've kept us in the dark and not really offered anything for compensation, I mean you can't even just get generally when the Marion location is going to reopen.
Completely nothing, and when I've asked to freeze my account so that when Marion reopens I haven't wasted any of my months they have refused because I occasionally get to drive clear across town to use something, but it's older inferior beds at three times the driving and not even a sorry.
All they had to do was tell us when things were going to possibly reopen with a few options, and give us a free month or two to compensate, especially considering just last week another one of their beds went down at one of the other locations.
This isn't an isolated incident this is becoming a pattern.
Otherwise this place used to have the best rates in town and the people were knowledgeable and friendly.
Now even the employees are Shell Shocked because apparently everyone has been harassing them about this and they haven't been able to give answers.
It has entirely hurt the atmosphere of business and trust and camaraderie of this place.

They were teenage girls who were very rude and had a sarcastic attitude with us and kept yelling at us for talking while in the tanning beds

They were very rude and disrespectful and had no care at all and using really inappropriate language with us and these lady’s should be fired

I love this place always clean and the staff is so knowledgeable and sweet, makes me feel welcomed and comfortable
