The Welsh family has always been great, very communicative, willing to help out and accommodate needs when you give some notice. Always feel safe and secure storing our camper there.
We have stored our camper out here for several years. The storage facilities are great and the new owner is great! Flexible with drop off and pick up and very easy to communicate with. Definitely will continue to store here.
Doubled his rates within the first year of ownership. Minimum of 6 months with a $100 fee per event if you want to get it out early. Awfully expensive for a unit that sits 2 miles onto a gravel road. Customer relations skills need some work too.
I was kind of worried when the previous owner, Wayne, decided to retire but after talking with Chad this afternoon I believe all who store their toys out there are in good hands for years to come. I would highly recommend checking out Sunset Acres. You won't be disappointed.
