There's too many stupid rules and the rent is way too high for no more than is included. Having said that though, it's the nicest railer park in Marshalltown.

It is a nice looking park.rent is fair.my offer on a trailer was accepted but discrimination/denying for something someone did thirty plus years ago is harsh and unjust.when there are active felons living there currently. I would still like to live in that park. And purchase the same trailer (if available) that I bid on months ago

The roads were plowed but not a good job. In fact, it was bad. How does this company expect the people to care about their properties when they don't care.

Nobody takes care of anything and nobody is ever around. You cant reach anyone by phone or email. People park wherever they want and management will not do anything about it.

I don't think it is right to tell a resident to get rid of their dog that they have had since it was a puppy. He is a friendly dog. Just because you don't like him that is no reason for the owner to get rid of him. Now they are selling their home just to satisfy you. That is very rude. This used to be a nice place to live but the new managers that just recently took over are horrible people! They discriminate alot! (and that is not even the word for how they treat people) They are not friendly at all very rude people! They should not be working with the public at all. This lovely place to live will be a ghost town in no time with them running it! Mark and tiffany were awesome! They will be greatly missed
