Made an appt to get my son's hair cut. Got to the appt about 5 min early. Told them we were there for our appt. They said we would have to wait because they had some "walk-ins" to take care of first. After 15 min past my appt time we walked out. Why do you have people make appts if they don't matter. Is my time not important to you as a customer. It's cool, we will no longer be your customer.

About 4 weeks ago, the price for Dutch braids was $12 dollars and now they are $20 a braid. It's not fair for that price for a ten minute job, it's like they don't want my business. And the other day my wife took our 2 year old for a haircut and they acted like they didn't want her business, looks like it's time to find a new place to go.

All I needed was a trim. Just a trim. And usually that ends up with a 3 inch loss. But she only took MAYBE an inch. She recommended a great shampoo and conditioner and explained why and how it would benefit my hair. Loved my experience

Kenzie Drake did an amazing job on my son's and I hair. He has bipolar and has trouble sitting still or even wanting his hair cut. She kept him calm and visited with him the whole time. Amazing job by an amazing young lady. Highly recommend you stop in and see her!

Call ahead as they are usually busy. Always solid haircuts, professional stylists.you get what you expect, which is good!

The ladies there were very nice. It was very busy. I did think that it was overpriced for what I got. You also have to make the appointment for the day that you wanted you can't make it ahead of time which I thought was odd. Everything was clean they did sanitize between between appointments; although with the busy lobby I did think that they could have limited the amount of appointments and that would have made the lobby a little less busy.

Very comfortable place to get a haircut. They do a fantastic job and they do it quickly. I would recommend as a top place to get your haircut in Council Bluffs

Great service all around. My daughter and I were walk-ins, right when they opened, and the girls were amazing. They provided a lot of information for care of our different hair types. Was a little disappointed that my cut didn't turn out the way that I wanted (long bob - ended up with a straight cut) but I was still satisfied with our service.

Scheduled an appointment for 5pm. Got there at 4: 55pm. They told me they didn’t have me down, even though I read their phone number down that I called from, so they messed up and didn’t schedule me and made me wait over 30 minutes for the 3 others ahead of me (which they should’ve fixed their problem) but I waited. A 4th guy walks in at 5: 30 for his appointment I’m guessing and gets situated right away. While I’m over here been waiting 30+ minutes when I had called for an appointment. Don’t go here, very unprofessional, plus they don’t even know how to do anything but trim men hair. Garbage. Wasted 40 minutes of my life. Thanks stupid cuts

Waited 2 hours. When next on list, they called someone else! Probably will never go here again!

My cut yesterday was done by Shannon Baarda who did a great professional friendly job offering suggestions and helping her customer get just the great look he needed to succeed in his business. She's an asset to the company showing initiative by helping out from anothet store. The type of team player every company needs today. I recommend her to anyone wanting a great cut

I get my haircut often and the ladies rarely let me down. At times i dont even have to tell them what i want anymore, they just remember. Great customer service.

I'm a very nervous person when it comes to my hair. I walked in to have Bethany do my hair. I gave a general concept of what I was looking for. She was able to add to it from her own knowledge and experience. I was blown away by that! Love my do! I also decided to be brave and do my eyebrows, (something I've heard women say hurts like hell) it didn't really hurt. She also gave recommendations for after care and natural stuff which I loved! I hate the idea of putting chemicals on my skin. Will definitely comeback!

The staff are friendly and offer service quickly. My children are all comfortable with the staff

I was able to use online check-in to get 4 kids in at once. No waiting. The staff was very professional and friendly. I will be back next month.
