This was my wife's second time workign with Mari. The first time was almost ten years ago, and they have only gotten better! Mari provided personal attention from beginning to end in our drawn-out decision-making process. She was a delight and incredibly patient! Michael and Jose delivered our mattress and went out of their way to make sure proper care was taken. They both provided clear instructions to make sure the mattress would last years to come. Incredible group of people all the way around, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Sweet Dreams.

Very enjoyable and personalized experience! Mari was excellent. I had never shopped for a mattress before, so I didn’t know what to expect or what I was looking for. After asking what kind of sleeper I am, we started with the basics and worked through what I liked and didn’t like. She doesn’t overwhelm you with choices. I tried out maybe 7 total, but didn’t go onto the next before eliminating one to figure out what felt best. There was no rush or pressure to decide on anything. I felt that Mari genuinely wanted to find me the perfect bed, enjoyed the process, and wouldn’t have let me buy one if it wasn’t just right. Very fair pricing on not only mattresses but a wonderfully curated selection of other home decor and furniture! Don’t go anywhere else to make such an important purchase - it’s worth the drive if you live out of town!

Honestly couldn't talk higher of the company and staff. They took the time to show me the right option and did not just go straight to the highest priced beds. They provided the same or better pricing as online and MUCH better service! I will definitely be sending others their way and buying my next bed there.

To be honest, I originally purchased a "Bed in a box" from Amazon, strictly for the price. When it arrived, it was the wrong item and it's been a hassle getting it returned.

Mari and her team allowed me to try out a number of beds to find the perfect fit and comfort level.

I may have paid more than I would have at a big box store, but you can't buy customer service and it sure doesn't hurt to support a local business.

We purchased a King Nectar Copper infused 10 days ago and the staff is wonderful, Very helpful and listens to what you like and don't like to help you get the bed that is for you, This Nectar is Amazing! My husband and I both love it and I myself don't want to get out of bed in the morning. I have never been so comfortable. We don't hurt when we wake up which is a big plus, we both sleep sounder and longer. I highly recommend this bed and Sweet Dreams Mattress in Nevada, IA.

The owner and staff were amazing! The owner didn't try to upsell us or try to get us to buy anything we didn't need. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to making a decision. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They also take snap financing which is helpful when buying a large purchase.
