T-Mobile, Council Bluffs IA

This T-Mobile location is the best one to go to. The guy helping us was absolutely amazing. It was just him and he was able to get everyone figured out quickly. The fastest new phone set up I've ever been through.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. They were able to quickly and efficiently solve a problem I had spent countless hours on the phone with customer service trying to get resolved.

T mobile is good for the internet and service for the price we got 5 lines under 200 sollers

If i could give zero stars on this location, i would. No customer service, rude, lazy as ever, no knowledge, chick and other male worker arguing, because they didn't know how to do their jobs.should i continue? These are the worst, laziest, incompetent workers i have sadly met. Didn't even have any phones in stock. I don't even know how this place is still standing. Been a customer since 2009 and i think they just made me want to switch to Verizon. Bye T-mobile/sprint.

No reflexion on this store, but my Tmobile phone won't even load the map enough to write this review on this side of the river. I had to drive over by the airport. They need to boost the signal or put up another tower. Hate to have to switch, because TMobile has been ok.

I'm giving this 5 stars, because of Devin's customer service. I live in Omaha but the 1 store was closed, one store we went into and were dismissed right away with the staff saying "it's going to be at least an hour". They also said that to others that walked in. One customer asked "is there another store? " They told him to go to corporate, but they asked more questions about the corporate location and the worker responded "idk, we're a franchise and I'm with a customer ". We then went to corporate and they're closed until further notice. We tried Council Bluffs and Devin's customer service was nice. He was the only worker, but didn't let his frustration or overwhelmed-ness show through. This one young worker had more patience and courtesy than the last 5 workers we've beenin contact with. I actually am not a T-mobile customer, but my boyfriend is and I was trying to get him to leave this terrible company! Kudos to Devin M and his excellent service and overall patience, that most people would be frazzled about!

Went in and asked about a wireless charger for a phone and they guy at the counter was clearly annoyed and rude. He basically rushed me out of the store. I didn’t buy what I went there for because of the poor customer service. I sure did “sprint” on out of the store. How do you get sales at all when being rude to customers.
