T & T Sprinkler Service, Grimes IA

Can't say enough good things about T & T Sprinkler. Over the last few years that I've had their setup, anytime I've had any sort of question or issue with a sprinkler head, they've come out to resolve the issue very quickly and professionally. Great job!

Matt and the team at T&T were awesome and helped us out in a jam to finish the irrigation project at the new Olive Garden in Des Moines. They were great to deal with and would highly recommend them!

For three days we have been scheduled for irrigation start-up in Spring and it was a no-show every day. My wife and I have each made multiple attempts to reach someone. We've left voicemail as well. No call backs and no other attempts to reach us. The phone system is automated and leaves no options except voicemail. We still have no irrigation and are very disappointed. In the past their service had been good but that's clearly changed.

**Update 90 minutes after my review** This system WAS INSTALLED by T and T in 2016 regardless of their claims. Well, they replied to my review very quickly but couldn't knock on my door, ring my doorbell, or answer our calls. My wife was home all day. Then, they decided to cancel our service contract rather than own up to their failure to communicate, knock, ring doorbells, call. The exchange you see in their reply is the first time we've heard this information about the pump.

Top notch customer service! We had multiple quotes for irrigation systems as we were in the process of building a house and would have sod. The company our builder recommended had a vague quote with limited options. T & T had a detailed quote and options. They called us when they were ready to install in the spring as we were a winter move in! We didn't even need to call and follow up! If we had any issues or concerns they were out the next day to handle anything. We have dealt with many sub contractors and businesses during our building process. T & T stood out and went above and beyond. This was especially important to us as we have noticed a decline in customer service in the past couple of years. This was definitely not the case with T & T. We have already recommended them to our neighbors and will continue in the future!
