19Check your orders! There's been multiple times I've gone through their drive-thru, ordered something by it's number on the drive-thru menu, and driven home only to find the items in my bag are not what I expected to get.
The food was good this time but while we were dining in, all the staff went outside and two separate cars pulled up to drive through and then left because no one was inside to take their order.
They can do better. I was left waiting for 25 minutes while they put together my $30 order and it was the most awful struggle to
Witness… it was just TOO hard to process and I felt bad for the employee in the back but they were too busy talking so much over our food. I wish they could wear masks: (
Last time there, 25 min.after I drove in to the drive-thru, I finally got my full order. That will be my last. If hire GREAT Mgers/have good staff, if not/no more paychecks for them.
Usually decent, but went last night and it was bad. Used drive thru, got home and discovered my Pepsi was almost all carbonated water, really bad. Nacho chips were horribly salty, to the point I couldn't eat them. Never had that experience at this location before.
They had no Baja Blast, no cool ranch doritos locos and no nacho fries. Plus many many other things including the pizza. The blond with the crack head pony tail had no customer service skills and sat in the back cussing loud enough the whole store could hear. A total waste of time.
There was 3 employees and while we were there they spent most of their time setting in one of the workers vans whichbwas parked in the handicap spot and there were no signs of a handicap hanger or plate. I was NOT impressed with the workers! Wasnt there something they could have been cleaning as they were NOT busy!
My husband was missing food but we were already out of town. My daughter always asks for no lettuce and it always has it on there and I always ask for no tomato and it always has it on. Every time
Horrible. Got 20$ worth of food and asked for no beans on my burrito and not tomatoes on my taco and got them on both. I asked for a couple sauces and the cashier just stared at me with a blank look for a while and then knotted and asked me to pull up. We waited for 10 minutes and thier was no one else in the drive thru. Then when we got the food thier was no sauce either.
I never write reviews and I work in the service industry and have for years and look down on people who usually write reviews for everything. But the experience just sucked.
So glad I drove across town for a gordita doused in hot sauce that I didn't ask for, a 5 layer missing sour cream, and a "Supreme burrito" consisting of a tortilla, beans, and cheese sauce. No one else was even in line so what's the excuse?
This Taco Bell is one mess up away from losing a life long customer, over the last month and a half I’ve received (the wrong sized cup 3x, no sauce after I’ve begged for it 2x, the wrong side order 2x). They say every time that they don’t have some things available, I’d find that more believable if it didn’t happen on multiple different occasions. And when brought up to whomstever is working the counter or drive through they lie and say they’ll compensate us with something extra and that something extra is never in the bag.
My sister & I tried Cinnabon Delights here and we loved them. My Dad loves Taco Bell and he enjoys coming to this location.
Well 1st I used the kiosk to order my food and I used cash so I we y to pay the gal and she took my money and gave my change. After that she proceeded to tell me they didn't have my blue slushy I ordered said we can give u the strawberry one instead. No I dont like that one she got kinda snotty and said well have to give u your money back, later same time my son hadn't been given his mango drink so he went up there to get it and she said to him to just go over there and get it. They didn't even have a mango drink at the fountain. So he didn't even get what he ordered either. Overall snotty attitude workers.
In Carroll, IA for work related stay. Have been here for approx 3 weeks. Have eaten at this Taco Bell twice. On first occasion, was informed by cashier of items unavailable in Cheesy Gordita Carvings Box. Substitution was offered and made. Appreciated the staff and kindness. Decided I would return before I leave town.
On second visit, 3 days later, same order was made. Nothing was mentioned about items not available. Upon receiving part of the order, I asked about the drink that was coming with it. Cashier had forgotten. Upon inspection of the order, items were missing. Nothing was offered as a replacement. Cashier stated the store was out of "Chips and cheese", despite the order having cheese on it. Nothing was offered as a substitution. Drove off frustrated and mad about cost of purchase and rudeness of staff.
If you go to this Taco Bell location, make sure you ask if they have items on the menu. Check your order and make sure there is nothing left out. I wouldn't recommend eating her unless the management were to change the type of workers they have.
The store hours state that this location is open at 10AM. We pulled up a few minutes early but waited until the was a couple minutes past 10 to go through the drive through. When we pulled into the drive-through, nobody came on the intercom so we figured we would drive around to the building doors to see if they had a sign saying they were opening later. There was no sign and when we pulled up we saw workers sitting at a booth and one came out telling us that it would be an additional 10 minutes due to the food not being warmed up all the way. This is not a problem, so we drove home and dropped our groceries off at home and went back. It had been well over 10 minutes in that time and when we returned, they told us it was going to be 10 more minutes. At this point, that would put them opening and ready at 10: 30. To us, all we could see from the outside is that the workers were sitting there chatting instead of getting the food ready for the day. We are not pleased.
Absolutely impressed with this restaurant after my recent visit. I very RARELY write reviews, however, compared to where this restaurant was 6 months ago, I am very very pleased with the friendly service, the knowledgeable staff and the cleanliness of the store! Absolutely worth my time to eat here!

Carroll Taco Bell.around 1: 45pm I ordered a Crunchwrap, but got a wrap with soggy inside shell and rubbery outside shell.suspect a nuked lunch leftover was served to me.no plans on returning anytime soon
There was three of us we all ordered. The food was great. I just wish that they would get everything in the bag the first time.
It was the worse food ever was all cold went to the one in carroll iowa my advise is don't eat there the dining room was closed causecthey didn't have enough workers cause they was out with friends and smoking
