I informed the blonde hair white girl with fake braids at the window that I would have a large order, yet she continue to rush me unprofessionally being extremely rude and did not say thank you while giving me my money or food. Then when they forgot my sour cream I went inside and saw the manager. A black man with black uniform and her laughing with 30 sides of sour cream in one bag and handed it to me laughing. Very unprofessional management and employees, will definitely not be returning or eating the food I purchased here. Someone needs to re train both employees and show them how customer service really works.

Who ever that is working the drive through needs fired. I come and spend my hard working cash on over priced tacos I expect to have exceptional service and that I did not receive. Sad.

I don’t know who trained these employees but you bet your bottom I will not be back! Rude and inconsiderate people working here!

This place is trash. Second time I have ordered from their app and been told I couldn't get the food for one reason or another, and no refund. Just under one hundred dollars they've gotten from me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CLUSTER! We tried to go through the drive through sat at the order window before driving off before going somewhere else where people have common courtesy and customer service. Waiting MONTHS before ordering again from this place again and now we did not get the sauce we requested which is fine because it’s free anyways HOWEVER we paid extra to upgrade our drinks to not even receive them. This is not a common problem cause we went to a TBELL in Cedar Rapids, IA and the service was impeccable. NO reason to have these persistent errors. RIDICULOUS DO BETTER

Store was filthy bathroom sink was scuzzy. Kitchen floor that you could see from lobby was covered with waste food

Very unprofessional staffs. 3 staffs bullied a deliverer who just wanted to wait till all orders are ready before hitting confirm that he picked up the order. The food was bland. Manager needs to learn to train their staffs on how to treat people.

1st time driving up to this taco bell and all I gotta say is please train your employees better. My order took soo long and thank God I checked my order before I left the parking lot they forgot couple of my items and there I saw 6 people in the kitchen and they still managed to mess up my order they gave they gave me bean burrito when I ordered supreme burrito. Anyways Taco bell please give your employees more training time pay them a little bit more so they can be exited to work and work better. I spent almost 60 dollars on 5 items! I think is too expensive for crunchy tacos and bean a bean burrito.

Got 2 quesoritos and they were absolutely dry and not folded correctly, their posture is subpar and so are their tacos. Please go to any other Taco Bell and save a trip back

I got a burrito, and all i got was beans. Also, i got a crunch wrap, and it wasn't wrapped properly, and it was smush. The service was too slow. I do not recommend it. The food here is wack

In the past 3 months I have ordered from this store five times and every single time they have forgotten my sauces or forgotten a drink. I will never be ordering from this store again, It is absolutely ridiculous that I put on my order in the Uber eats app that I wanted sauces even put it in the memo that I wanted sauces and they couldn't even do a simple task of giving me my sauces. It's to a point where the manager to the store even offered me a free meal because it keeps consistently happening. I even called the store ahead of time of placing my order and told them please do not forget my sauces and they still forgot the sauces

You're never gonna be like damn that was delicious. If you need food to put in your belly and only regret it slightly, this is your place.

I bought 10 crunchy tacos, 2 chips and cheese for $20.00 and requested 5 packets of mild sauce. What i got was tacos with very little filling, cheese containers and no chips, and 7 packets of fire sauce. It was take out, so I discovered this once i got home.

Slow drive through, poorly put together burrito, overall disappointing cheat on my diet
But thanks for not making me miss Taco Bell more!
