Taco Bell, Council Bluffs IA

So they wanted to charge me the full amount for a combo but their soda machine wasn't working so I asked sense I'm not getting a drink if they can either give me another item or just bring the price down and they refused to so I just made them rig everything up separately.

Never order online, at the moment you arrive they cancel the order so as not to prepare it, when you manage to get the order it is wrong or there are missing products they are rude I will never buy in this store again

Been there twice in 2 weeks and it is open buy no one will take your order. Best to go to taco John's across the street!

I’m disappointed with Taco Bell in general. I always liked “nachos supreme “. It was just the right size. Sometime during the last year they disappeared. The smallest nacho serving you can get now is “nachos bell grande”. It’s too much. More isn’t always better - sometimes it’s just more.

Messed up order twice! Runs out of meat well early! Worst yet refuses to make things right at all! So sad but get what you pay for!

They make tacos better than any of the other Taco Bell that I've ever been to and very very nice people thank you very much

Online is the worst thing ever. Took payments form me twice the manger at this location is not helpful at all. Doesn’t let you submit and for you to get exclusives you have to order online it’s bs

Girl friend went through drive thru to bring home dinner. Really Taco Bell! When someone asks for fire sauce why would you put hot in the box? Also she ordered a Taco 12 pack. How many people do you have working for you that don't know how to count to 12? 11 isn't 12. Go back to first grade. If I could give you less than 1 star I would.

I am very astonished at Taco Bell. I ordered online for a early pickup. I went to get my order, and the store was closed. Apparently, they were short staffed and they could not open the store. It would of been nice to know that before placing my order. Then calling the customer service number was a joke.the didn't offer an apology, and seemed as if it wasn't a major incident. I don't know Taco Bell, I think you can do better.

I come here about twice a week for lunch while I'm on a jobsite near by. Service is usually very fast but they've made my order wrong a few times. Hit or miss I suppose

Very good service and great food. We were 4th in line so they gave us a coupon and an apology for long wait. We thought we got there in good time. We were impressed. Thank you.

I ordered through the app and was unable to get one of the things we ordered, the fryer was down. They did offer a substitution that my son was willing to try and he loved it! Which was kind of a big deal because he's autistic and he's not usually fond of trying new things!

Place is the worst. Do not pay with out verifying the total at the window, or leave before checking your bag. You will more then likely be over charged and not get your correct order if you don’t. They never get it right, and most recently couldn’t even get a simple 2 taco order right.

It used to be my favorite fast food. But, now they have changed their menu and rumor has it they are getting rid of more stuff, including the Mexican pizza, and all chicken items. There prices have went up, too. Talk about a big let down. Big disappointment! Boo Hiss Taco Bell owners. You should be ashamed on how greedy you are. You will soon find out that you make more money with cheaper items. Raise the prices, and people will stop coming. I know I will.

We always prefer this Taco Bell because the people there are always so nice. We showed up 15 min before closing because we hadn’t eaten all day, which I hate doing to fast food workers because that’s kinda inconsiderate especially with how late they close and they are usually teenagers and probably just wanna go home lol. But we apologized a lot and they were super nice about it and the tacos were absolutely amazing thank you so much. I’ll make sure to hit them way before they close next time though

My preferred Taco Bell. Orders are really quick and the staff is friendly. There’s always interesting and sometimes weird people here but the makes a better experience. Fun times.

I was there this morning at 7: 14am and I was told the fryers weren't on. Are you kidding me they open at 7am should have everything on, hot and ready for customers to go buy some breakfast and its not the first time it's happened. I let it side but twice now is ridiculous. Your loosing money at the start of the day because your lazy workers are prepared to serve.

The tacos are just great, not too much meat, just the right amount of cheese. But taco johns is still good too sooo 4 star

Walked in and had to manually order and pay for my food by touching a menu which was fine, but why then do they have the pop machine off? Nobody went out to clean menu off after I touched it. Anyway, employees were nice and the tacos were actually completely full.

I prefer this store. The people are nice and fairly speedy. I'd have given a 5 star if ya all hadn't missed giving us straws last time. Freezes are tough to drink without them. Keep up the good job. It's nice to see people take pride in their jobs.
