Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to! While ordering the girl at the counter never once smiled definitely needs to be trained on costumer service. Then while eating there was someone in street clothes being loud and cussing about her job with the workers then ordered some food and didn’t have to pay for it. Also it definitely wasn’t clean either for it being so slow it was very dirty. Not going back to this Taco Bell ever.

I’m a DoorDash driver and was in the store May 28th at 7: 15. There was a female yelling and using explicit language, saying that she wasn’t doing any doordashes, paraphrasing because what she actually yelled was much worse. I felt bad for her fellow employees who were both level headed, but you could tell that they didn’t appreciate her attitude.

The manager was extremely rude as we had a large order and told us we weren't allowed to order any more food. She was cursing and ranting so loud we could hear her outside the drive thru. Felt bad for the guy who took our order as he was the one who had to relay what the manager said. We have never had a problem with this restaurant before but this manager is extremely unprofessional and you can be sure that I will be launching a corporate complaint. If you're that short staffed, why keep the restaurant open? I understand the frustration, but you're a manager. You're supposed to be professional, and this manager was the exact opposite!

Hey taco bell is taco bell. They took away the quesorito which was a total L in my opinion. Can't go wrong with the steak chalupa!

Bare bones store, no music or television or news. Always short staffed and could use some customer training and courtesy training. One more thing, in the food industry, you have to be incredibly consistent so you're guests know what to expect, p.s. A smile goes a long way, if your guests sense frustration and poor attitudes they are probably not going to trust who is preparing the food and are unlikely to return, it all starts with you the proprietor.

This location sucks. They’re rude, never get the orders correct, and it’s just bad. This location best replace everyone that is currently employed there before they force you to close due to ruining everyone’s experiences. This is EASILY the WORST Taco Bell I have ever “eaten” at.

This Taco Bell is very slow. I ordered a large mtn dew and it took them 10 minutes until I finally got their attention and then got my cup. My friend also ordered food and when she got it, it took them another 5 minutes until they got a cup. It also took forever to make nacho fries. The workers were very rude. None of them had a smile or even said any polite words back.

I really think the employees should be more mind full of the customers orders and not be rude when the customer is ordering and i say this because i was just there with my husband and he specifically asked for no tomatoes on his food items and he got tomatoes he is highly allergic to tomatoes and i think the person who took our order should be more aware and have better listening skills.the person who was working tonight when my husband and i went he was rude and i asked for mild sauce like a handful because i ordered a lot of food and he gave me three sauces.i just think this taco bell needs better employees.

Every single time we come here something is made wrong. Didn’t have the dorito taco shell on my cheesy Gordita crunch. They never mark the burritos so we didn’t know which one had extra sauce. They were supposed to have NO onions and they tasted like they had them on there. The chalupa shell was hard and seemed almost partially frozen or something because it was cold. Our other burrito didn’t have the avocado sauce. The worst part of the whole experience is ALWAYS the service here. The guy who works the window is rude! The receipt said his name is Dashawn and he is unfriendly, unpleasant, and seems like he really can’t stand dealing with people. He is one of the rudest people I have encountered in customer service. If he hates dealing with people that much he needs a non customer service job.

Management - have you not learned from all of the horrible reviews posted on here alone that you need to do some major changes! Beginning with firing the entire staff at this location.
Go to Taco Johns - don’t waste your time or money here, it’s not worth it!

Hands down the worst customer service experience you could ever have in your life. The complete lack of professionalism. It's just teenagers that get upset when one person comes in so they have to get off their phones. Average IQ here when I came was probably 60.
There's a reason this place will go out of business soon.

Associate came in from car with very loud music, didn't wash his hands, took our order & made our food. I was in the bathroom all night.

Just went through the drive thru. I was attempting to use the app for the first time, and was thinking the app was similar to McDonald's or Burger King in which they give you a promo code you give through the drive thru. I quickly realized I had to order everything online. As I was quickly trying to order (which was taking a couple of minutes) the drive thru lady very rudely told us that we "need to use the app before going through the drive thru as it defeats the purpose of being speedy in the drive thru". I apologized and told her this was the first time I was using the app. I completely understand where that worker was coming from, but the way she told us was completely out of line. She sounded sarcastic, and was very short with us.

In addition to that, there was no others vehicles behind us.

Very disappointed in their service. I myself have worked in the fast food service, and I would NEVER talk to anyone the way she talked to me. There's enough negativity in this world, why add to it?

Needless to say I won't be going back to taco bell.

On the bright side, taco John's service was fantastic! Very nice employees and the food is always delicious. I know where I'll be going from now on.

The only complaint I have is when I order burritos or tacos you never know which is which because they are not marked so either you have to open every one up or bite into something u don't want other than that it was great I know they are severely under staffed and both the store mgr. And asst. Store mgr. DJ and Will are the best! Friendly and always asking if they can get u something else. Thumbs up guys.

Love Taco Bell but when you go to this location they are guaranteed to mess up ur order, any special request like no onion, no red sauce etc etc will definitely be messed up. Countless times this has happened I used to call and complain but have just given up.

Extremely rude staff to every guest there, could not get waited on at the counter, was forced to use kiosk. Staff was argumentative to guests that came in behind me. Had I not already paid for food I would have canceled my order and went elsewhere. Never ever will I go to this location again.

Their breakfast burritos were over backed and burnt, I should have taken them back for refund, but I didn't have time for it. Taco Tico in Mason City has this place beat hands down.

The cashier took our order & money. Didn't say thank you or anything about our order. Too busy talking to 4 young kids. The kids were not customers. He talked to them the whole time we were there. Dirty tables & floors also.

Self service order. Paid the upcharge for a mango icey. Never got it. I was given a cup for the pop machine. Zero customer service at 230 in the afternoon. It was dead. I now know why

This is by far my favorite taco bell I've ever been to, and we travel for work so we've been all over the US! Speedy and friendly custome service with always fresh food! Love this location!
