Taco Bell, Fort Dodge IA

The food was of excellent quality and the staff was very kind to me while taking my order. I would definitely recommend the Steak and Bacon Grilled Cheese Burrito and the Nacho Fries.

They were crazy busy for 3pm. There were some problems with a few orders and it took longer than usual. My order was exactly as expected, but at least 3 other customers had mistakes while I was waiting. Staff were working hard, trying to keep up.

There was a man working behind the counter I believe he was checking the chicken even though he was wearing gloves I watched him rub his face & nose with his gloved hands then wipe them on his pants then continue to touch the chicken with same gloved hands. His hair was in a pony tail so by all appearance he looked as if he was being sanitary.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any Taco Bell. The woman taking our order, Grace, did not have a welcoming attitude, and when she was handing me my cup, which is right by the register, she picked it up from the bottom and then proceeded to place her index and middle fingers inside the cup and handed it to me. I saw her do this to the gentleman in front of me so I was prepared for it. I asked her for a different cup and she looked at me in disbelief even after I explained why. Eventually I got a new cup. After eating our meals, which tasted fine. We were home about 30 minutes and that started endless trips to the bathroom for the night for both me and my fiance. It will be a cold day in he'll before I go back to that particular Taco Bell, Fort Dodge, IA across from Walmart. I do enjoy Taco Bell and am extremely disappointed with the outcome and end results.

Stood at the counter for about 7 minutes before our order was even taken. Took about another 20 mins to receive our order for 2 people.

They have no air conditioning in the building at all, I used the restroom and it smells like sewer gas.

So this is actually a KFC / Taco Bell I ate the KFC there it's an average KFC I had their chicken sandwich which is actually pretty decent for a fast food chicken sandwich when I eat here again yes I wouldn't by any means go on my way he'll and say hey let's go to KFC and have this chicken sandwich again if you know we're out shopping doing something else something quick it's a good place to stop and get a sandwich or tacos if you want tacos. Newly remodeled looks great in here. Had a Mexican pizza meal. I can say this has always been one of my favorites on the menu. I was glad when they brought it back. I had KFC and the chicken was terrible. The breading was cooked all the way and the chicken just wasn't good.

They can't read tickets even if you say no sour cream no sour cream and did you get no sour cream

The drive through ordering system needs replaced. Between it and the orders being wrong I hate eating here. Wish my wife didn’t love the Nacho Bell Grande so much so we would NEVER order from there. I got my wish, the cheese on the Nacho Bell Grande was so spicy hot she couldn’t eat it. NO MORE FORT DODGE TACO-BELL FOR US!

8: 35 on a Sunday. Door says they are open until 12 midnight. The lobby closes at 10 o’clock but yet the doors are locked solid. Absolutely no signage on the door stating that they close for whatever reason.

Horrible. Everytime I come here, something gets messed up. One day I came here at about 10: 10 in the morning. Their sign says they open at 10am. They weren't taking orders. I sat by the speaker waiting for them to say something, they didn't, so I drove off. When I was driving by I saw an employee in the drivethru window, doing nothing. They didn't try and say anything to me. Lazy employees and horribly sloppy food. They don't even serve breakfast.

Would give less stars if possible came through drive through and from drink down to every item was wrong and just ridiculous! Highly recommend staying away from this store time and time again they’ve shown they don’t care about the customer and seem to just throw whatever they feel like in a bag! Terrible way to run a business absolutely terrible! Highly recommend that you hire competent people to work at your restaurant or just close down already! Absolutely terrible!

Half of our tacos didn't even have lettuce let alone meat in them!
Ordered supreme tacos, even though they compensated for their screw up, was not worth it!
