Terrible experience, Jeffy the guy at the front desk said I was too fat to eat more, when all I was trying to do was order another burrito. I blew the toliet on the right in the women’s restroom. The restroom was very dirty. I found a used pad on the mirror. While I was doing my business 2 people came in and started arguing. Don’t recommend. Your butt will be at risk. Get ready for the burn

Went in despite the reviews, wasn’t sure what to order at first so the cashier taking 3 minutes to come to the front wasn’t a huge deal. The lobby itself was okay, after getting out cups we turned to the fountain area to see a swarm of fruit flies or gnats. My boyfriend was hesitant to get a drink since his first attempt he got starry and had a bug floating in his drink, I grabbed him a new cup and got him a fresh drink that didn’t appear to have any in it. Took our food to go and as we were leaving the door hit my arm knocking my drink out of my hand and smashing on the ground. Went back to ask for a new cup but since the only cashier wasn’t paying attention i just grabbed a new cup and helped myself. Once we finally got home with our food, (maybe a 5 minute drive tops) our bag was nearly soaked in grease from our food. It tasted okay but still not really worth the trip for the disgusting atmosphere and service.

I bought two drinks and a burrito for ten and some change but the drinks were to gross to even drink so basically a ten dollar burrito witch also put us on the toilet if I could give no stars I would you deserve it

I ordered the Mexican pizza and chips with nacho cheese dip. The Mexican pizza was made fresh, while I waited for it. The chips are a joke. It's a tiny sack of chips and a 2 oz cup of nacho cheese. Definitely not worth the money. Short staffed. Only had two people working one cook and one cashier. They weren't busy at the time I went. Friendly staff.

Waited over 45 mins at the drive thru and still nobody took my order so I went inside and none of the employees were paying attention to the drive thru.

Order a taco and sandwich got the taco only after waiting 20 mins. Then waited another 20 to try and tell them about the missing sandwich. Nothing. Terrible service. Avoid.

This place is a KFC and Taco Bell combo and it still acts like it's recovering from COVID in a bad way. Just recently can you finally dine in. But they have gone so long without serving what anyone inside that it seems like they've forgotten how. In fact other than the friendly drive-thru person who came over to the counter to serve me it seemed like me walking inside was an inconvenience to them.

Signs on the door AND online says they shouldn't close till 10 yet I pulled up at 830 and their closed with no signage explaining why! Definitely won't be back here

3 of them stood outside on their smoke break while there were 7 cars in the drive thru. Took 20 minutes in total

This is a KFC/Taco Bell hybrid location and they love to just close the Taco Bell in the middle of the day, and not put a sign out there announcing said closure on the drive-thru or anyplace else. You roll up with "Yeah a chalupa would be nice" and they go tacoballsclosedsorry and you don't get the chalupa.

This place is very much rushed, food is not entirely composed to look good but to fill you up! While the cashier was polite, there was minimal conversation and thankfully the food was all correct!

I got the Chalupa Box. The tacos and Chalupa were terrible. The meat and mexican sauce coating were so blah and cold. The Shell was stale like it had been sitting around in open air for days on end. I looked over the counter and the kitchen was beyond filthy. The workers were old and grumpy. I will never ever go back there. This has got to be one of the worst restaurants in the city bar none.

Don't get me wrong, I love me some trash food, but even for a Taco Bell this place is the worst. They leave stuff up on their menu boards that they don't actually offer. They screw your order up, and don't give you what you ask for. They don't stay open during their posted hours.

I love working there I enjoy and everyone is nice there and nice working with them and this company

Wow, I forgot how bad Taco Bell is. Thanks for the reminder. The food was not to temperature and at best would have been "So-So" if it had been to temperature. The whole place had a kind of a sketch vibe atmosphere so I really never relaxed and just ate. I made the mistake of going to the restroom during my 20 minute wait for my food. (So much for "Fast Food", Right?) The bathroom was just plain gross. I felt like I needed a shower after using just the urinal and there was no way in hell I was going to look in the toilet stall.
