Extremely long wait for the drive thru. Just seems like employees are lazy and slow and keep holding up the drive thru

They need a new night crew, that preferably is not all complete stoners.because i understand yet at the same time i shouldn’t have to wait an hour for my food every single time i come here.surprised this place hasn’t been shut down by now. They also forgot half my items, and when i tried to call i was hung up on.needless to say i will not be back.waste of time and money.

Very kind people working here. Sure they take a while sometimes but still they take care of their customers.

Every single time I come for breakfast before 11 they tell me they ended it ealry. I only like their breakfast food and I'm vegetarian so I don't have any other options. I'm sick of it if you say you have breakfast until 11 why the hell do they always end it ealry. I'm hungry and will not be able to eat before work now. Thanks alot taco bell.

This place is consistently slow. I only come out to Iowa every two weeks for my job and every time I order here I'm waiting 10 to 20 minutes just to get through the drive-thru up to the window. Person in front of me only ordered one item and took 5 minutes just to receive it at the window. I don't know what's going on but something needs to change. I don't think I've ever been to a Taco Bell anywhere in my travels for work that is this slow

They gave me the wrong order first time then they fixed it.when i arrived to my job and wanted to have my lunch, they gave me someone else order again. They messed up 2 times. Also definitely the employees needs to get off drugs

Tables dirty they brought us someone's else's order did not even ask our name took 3 tries to get our order right and then the poor guy whose order they gave us came in and they had to make his again. I watched then reuse at least one of the tacos they brought to our table.

This place is absolute garbage. Pulled up just tonight to get an Uber Eats order. There was 0 customers there none. And they said they're not taking Uber. Eats orders right now because there's only 2 people working there. I asked him with no customers why they can't make. The woman manager was very rude and said they had other things to do. And then ignored me. I don't know how you're open till 2 AM and stop taking orders at 10 o'clock at night. And just sit in there and do nothing. This is at least the third time that this has bell is absolute. Garbage and the night manager's garbage as well. She is awful.

Terrible.locked lobby so drive through only.out of baja blast 24/7.miss things in your order constantly.tonight they missed my fiesta potatoes, went through line again and got them.got home to find out our number 3 was just a bean burrito and regular burrito with NO SOUR CREAM.basically messed up on 3 things in our order but cashier wanted to sit and talk to a customer for 5 minutes through the window

All self service now. No more ordering at the counter, all through a digital menu. Heres the fn part. Since it's all digital, they don't have to remember the order, all they have to do is read it. In spite of that fact, they still screw it up. Not once have I come here and had the correct order.

Not to mention, watched a drug exchange happen right in front of me while I was waiting. A man came in, exchanged a small sealed baggy of something for 2 slushies, did not pay for them and left. Exchange was with the drive thru worker, this happened about 6: 45pm. Not coming here again, and contacting corporate.

I was the only person in the drive through and waited 5 minutes before anybody took my order, followed by somehow getting the wrong cold food. Its been years since this location was actually good.

These guys have no idea how to give you the right food. They will straight up lie to you about what food you're being given. It has happened to me MULTIPLE times. Idk why I punish myself by ever coming back here. I think they need a clean slate.they used to have 2 older guys that were awesome at their job but they left and everyone there since is NOT GOOD AT THEIR JOB. "is this my 2 grilled cheese burritos? " "yes it is*slams window*" it is not my 2 grilled cheese burritos and i am 5 miles away before I know this.

11/14/2023 lobby doors locked at 8: 45pm doors say open till 10 online says open till 2am not very good customer relations locking doors early bad for business tried to dine in so chose to go else where

Edit: this location is fun because I like to try and guess how long it will take to get through the line. I've never seen a slower line anywhere in my life. I'm in line right now and it has been 23 minutes. 2 cars have been helped in that time. I kind of want to call Guiness.

5 stars for being open late.

It has now been 26 minutes.

Went late at night with just a few cars in the drive thru, so I assumed it would be a quick run for some food. It was not, it was the opposite. They were slow, not very friendly, and had workers outside smoking and talking to people they knew in cars. That was what I thought slowed things down for all, they were only open for a few minutes after I got my food, but I got there about 55 minutes until they closed. I got my food after 245am. So it took almost 40 minutes to make a few items, and they asked me to repeat what I ordered at least 3 times when I got to the window. It's hard when it's the only thing open.

Absolutely terrible! Have never gotten an order right once! I have yet to recieve any sauces on 3 orders and i have yet to recieve the correct order! Absolutely sad and pathetic!

I come here quite frequently, each time I’ve gone through the drive through they have made my order wrong. Almost every time I order inside my order has to be remade. Even after telling them the mistake they make it wrong again.

The atmosphere is nice and it’s a relatively clean store but the service was terrible. The staff was constantly yelling and screaming either at us or each other. The one lady was on her phone the whole time. The food was undercooked and raw and made me throw up after eating my tacos
