Taco Bell, Council Bluffs IA

Staff killed it with my last minute breakfast order at 10: 51 am! Ill drive the extra mile for this location. While the east Broadway location took my Mobile order money at 10: 10 and didn't have food and were super rude about a refund.

This is a newer food vendor location where the dining area is usually not open. This means you have to go somewhere else to use the restroom. Some people still do like to wash their hands before eating, which seems to be of no importance to some businesses maintaining covid response protocols. I understand that kids make messes and you may be short staffed, but you are not a "restaurant" if you refuse to let people eat at your tables. As far as I'm concerned, if you set up two plastic chairs next to your taco truck you are a more legitimate restaurant than a drive-through-only fast food joint.

If you're just going here for some drive-thru food and you don't need to wash your hands, then I would recommend this food vendor.

The dining room is closed more often than open and that is a real inconvenience for me as well as others I know so unless you intend to sit in the drive thru.pass this 1 up

Hours are not followed it is a 50/50 chance they might be open when you go there. Placed an order and they are randomly closed at 9: 10.and lobby is always locked.

Not a bad new location. Inside is very modern looking and clean. Service was good and the food was as I would expect it to be from any Taco Bell I visit. I will definitely be back. Only issue I had with the place is that there are no booths which sucks for people with small children but now that my kids are bigger it isn't a problem anymore.

The drive thru at the Madison Ave location is a very tight turn if you have a long pickup. But food was good

Signage says open until 10pm daily, but the lobby was closed before I arrived at 730. Repeatedly drive by seeing the lighting is all off but the occasional car gets food. Received my own order and it was missing both bags of chips for 2 orders of chips and cheese. The window gal was fairly friendly.

They told us as soon as walked in door that we had to use kiosk, didn't know how to order a taco, just meat. Employer came over and she didn't know how to order it either. Then they lost that order.so had to redo it. Heard employer in back say, "just so over those kiosks. " won't be back. Didn't compensate for our lost order.

The lobby is never open when we go there very disappointed so we went to the one in lake manawa instead

Okay hear me out. You go to Taco Bell expecting a Crunchwrap that may or may not give you digestive issues but will probably be delicious. You don’t really go there expecting good customer service or clean bathrooms. I frequent a lot of Taco Bells and I gotta say, this one was top notch. We ordered a ton of food, got it within 5 minutes and the cook was like “sorry about the wait” after he artfully arranged our items in the bag with care. Bro, what wait? ! Order was perfect AND the bathrooms were clean! A+ Taco Bell.

Y’all when i tell you my night was made. I went through this taco bell drive thru 8/4 around 9: 30pm crying bc i had just broken up w/ my bf. I get home and then pull this receipt out of my bag.and the cheesy roll up was fire! #Itacobellworkers

Usually don’t have a problem with Taco Bell but my food was made incorrectly, and cold. Couldn’t eat anything reached out and requested someone contact me. It’s been almost two weeks and still nothing!

Staff was LOVELY! Came a lil late but they stayed positive and DELIGHTFUL! Great for a late night snack ~ Resbusha

It's taco bell, when you're in a hurry and not too picky it works. On the plus side I do like their new breakfast salsa.

Absolute worst service imaginable. Imagine being told to “F off” by a manager! Wanted us to drive back around the building to place a separate order with NO ONE in the drive through. You can’t make this stuff up.

Id give less than 1 star if i could. Unacceptable resolution to taco bell procedures and employees incorrect actions. Rang up an order of $27 which was the car in front of me at the drive thru. I brought it to their attention at the drive thru. Assistant manager named Kevin said for me to wait for the refund and call my bank. I'm a senior citizen I feel taken advantage of! And after all of this they still rang me up my original amount of my correct order for $9.61 after they put in for the refund (or so they claim) Couldn't even give me it for free after everything was said and done along with the over draft fee!
