Taco John's, Creston IA

I've never been inside this location, I have only used the drive-through. But each time I have, I've had good service. Friendly staff, no long wait, hot food, fountain drinks always tasting good.

Waited forever for cold tacos.rarely eat here because it has happened more than once.over $ for two soft shell meal! WOW

They forgot our potato oles which was no big deal, so we went back and we just asked for them. They sized them up and gave us coupons for next time! We only wanted our ordered oles so it was amazing customer service!

It's fast food! It was a good quick bite to eat. The girl working the drive-thru was very nice.

Everything was fine, we always enjoy our visits. The only reason it's a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is because I always order my meal with no lettuce. I'm not allergic or anything, I just don't like lettuce. To their credit the lady who made my tacos came out before I had even unwrapped the taco to discover they had put lettuce on it. But she brought me one taco without lettuce when I had ordered 2. She said "I messed up and put lettuce on the tacos, so here's one without. You get three tacos. " OK, that was great, but 2 of them still had lettuce on them and it's nearly impossible to take off. I know I should have mentioned it, but didn't. I removed most the lettuce from one of the tacos, but as I struggled with the third taco my husband just went and bought me a different one and ate the one that still had lettuce himself.

Always tasty. Nice staff. Food is done fast. Clean inside. To go through drive through, do not pull into the parking lot, instead go up the street next to it because the drive through entrance is separate and you'll have to pull back out to get into it.

Moved away to Texas 4 years ago, really miss TJs. Stopped in today while I'm back and it has changed so much, but for the better definitely! Managers were super nice and the place was super clean! Food came out hot and fresh and tasted great!

Terrible service. My friends and I all got sick, come to find out they don’t temp there food to the right temps. The store manager should be fired for being so rude. This place is disgusting and there is always hair in the food. The only reason I’m even giving it a star in the first place is because of this girl by the name of dravin or something along those lines. She was talking to us why we had to sit and wait 20 damn minutes for our food. The food was wrong and it was gross. So thank you dravin for being the only employee to give out good customer service.

It can't be that bad, I drove an hour for it out of boredom but then again that's Iowa huh?

We’ll my son just lost his dad 5 days ago. He’s sick with fever and has a doctors note but they fired him. Oh and the manager has Covid but continues to go to work. Hate the place they need new management

This place has really changed for the good! 2 yrs ago it was a mess. Good food and service. Will stop again when in town.

Paid $8.67 for a number to with the Mountain Dew as I work construction and I'm on lunch break so I can't sit and check my food before leaving, and I get back to the job site to find out they didn't even give me my number 2. LIVID

All the burritos seem to taste like wet lettuce and sadness. The only things I've liked recently are the quesadillas and taco salad.

I waited at the counter for 5 minutes to place my order. I stood there for another 10 minutes waiting for my order. The entire time flies kept landing on me. So I just left without getting a refund or getting my food.

I like Taco Johns best for breakfast of all the fast food places. This was in line with what I always get there.
