This place is terrible. Music so loud and the lyrics had cus words in them. Very unprofessional!

Craig took my order in the drive-through and when I asked a question about my order I could hear the rude manager in the background making snotty comments about my question! Even though my meal was fine probably gonna skip this place.

If I could go with no stars I would but I had to select one to leave a review. It was very gross and clearly they served us old food very old food and over charged us as well. Do not recommend this place at all.

Oles were way overcooked, bean paste in the burrito was awful! How can you screw up a burrito? !?

Disappointed in the chicken tacos.overdone or old. I'll give them another try next time I'm in town though. Maybe just a bad day for them.

Pulled into drive through at 9: 50. They asked us what we wanted we said hold on just a second. They guy said well can you hurry up we’re closing in a minute in a really rude way. We have 10 minutes til closed I get that you don’t want to be there but fast food is literally taking orders and making food up until they close and when we pulled up to the window he was saying it over the headset to another customer. Really unprofessional

Ordered for 3 people, so 3 meals. 1. Meat and potato burrito meal, no tomato, extra everything else, with a large potato ole. 2.2 Soft shell meal with large potato ole. 3. Grilled stuffed taco meal with a medium potato ole. 3 nacho cheeses and 3 sour creams. The burrito did not have anything extra on it, we only received 2 large potato oles NO medium, less than half full as shown with one having barely in it and NO sour cream! The person in the drive thru read my order back to me perfectly. Very disappointed. When I got home and realized, I tried to call and seems as though the phone is off the hook.

I have had several bad experience here I keep thinking it will get better and it's getting worse tonight my simple bean burrito was cold and I was the only person in drive threw and no one was inside so they weren't busy I think they just don't care this place needs sum help

Cold Oles and and tacos were cold as well and tasted like dog food it just keeps getting worse I think somthing needs to be done about this place it's so baf

6 pack and a pound cost me $35 I had meat and cheese only extra meat and cheese and the extra cost just about as much as the meanings self! # absolutely rediculous

Halfway decent, they always manage to forget something from our orders though. Definitely check your bag

I've always loved Taco John's but I have to say I'm very disappointed with the quality of my food, I ordered a crunchy chicken potato burrito and it had 2 pieces of chicken on it! Seriously a 5$ burrito and only 2 pieces of chicken! Wow very disappointed.

Place sucks, plain and simple. Everytime I go there I get cold food and raw donut bits. Place is worse than the marshalltown mcdonald's. I'd rather eat something I found behind a meth lab in a dumpster that a rat was chewing on next to a dead animal, at least it would be warm.
