13Clean and inviting interior, fast and helpful staff. As a vegetarian, I am worried about getting meat in my food. Especially if the staff is busy, as a former food service worker I know that the wrong food item may be bagged by mistake when it's peak business hours. No problem here. I know that my wife and I will be back there again next time we're in Boone.
Food was great, staff was nice. Only issue was the dining room was not overly clean. Other then that though it was a good experience and will be back
I don't have too much to say, but I have been going here periodically since I was a kid. The food is good, and the workers are very nice.
We have been traveling everywhere, seeing these. We'll we finally went about a week ago in boone. It was great! The tacos and burritos were seasonal. We order churros, 2 tacos, spicy grilled chicken burrito, and a beef burrito with a drink. We will differently be coming back!
The tacos we got we severely anemic, like hardly any meat at all. The "burrito" we got was so small it was basically a taquito. This is garbage for what we paid, never going back.
Food was good. New cashier was a bit disrespectful, though. Nothing but verbal grunts and one word answers.
Love eating out here all the time. Sometimes they mess up the order or forget something but never have any issue helping fix it! Favorite place in town!
It's taco John's. The employees are awesome, friendly, and fast! Speedy service and accurate every time. Always refill my soda when I spill it
Their hash browns were terrible. Just open a salt packet and eat it directly out of the pack. You'll taste less salt than their hash browns. The burrito was kinda meh. It wasn't exceptional, but it wasn't terrible.
The environment of the restaurant internally could do with a facelift but the food was of good quality
Great place to eat. I dislike the new hot sauce. Please go back to the old hot sauce formula.
80 % of the time we go to the Boone Iowa Taco John's we do not get what we order, now they are watering down the nacho cheese so bad that it runs immediately off the potato Ole, very watered down nacho cheese. We will not be going to any Taco John's again!
Food was not so good. Could tell it had been sitting for a bit. Sad, use to love me a good potato ole.
